The baristas were fine but the wait time was completely ridiculous. Yes, I understand it's herald square which is a busy place but with a short line a walk in order for a single latte should not take almost 20 minutes. If I could have cancelled my order and gotten a refund I would have, not worth the wait

I live 1 block away and the people here are the best. They are very patient whilst sometimes I suddenly put out some coins combined with gift card payment and then Amex 🤣 We made jokes upon this penny pinching drama sometimes. They really made my day. I don’t mind they use their apps to collect points from my order. They are just lovely people x

Dismal service in the morning. I've ordered 30 minutes ahead and still had to wait once I arrived at the store. Staff is friendly, but if someone comes in and asks about their order, the baristas work on that order ahead of others already waiting. There's no digital order board, so you have no way of know whether your order is ready, in the queue, or if someone else walked away with it before you got there. I'll still buy from Starbucks, just not from this location.

They make the drink fast, but they always put way too much ice on the drinks! It’s like half cup of ice, even when I finished the drink. I’m disappointed because there’s no less ice option for shaken espresso on the app!

It's the first time this has happened to us! We go into a café, it's raining, we're literally drowned, we ask for a coffee, we have to drink it standing up, and we're told that in 5 minutes we have to we went out, the coffee is boiling, we can't finish it and a girl holds the door open for us...outside!!!!
