It's the first time this has happened to us! We go into a café, it's raining, we're literally drowned, we ask for a coffee, we have to drink it standing up, and we're told that in 5 minutes we have to we went out, the coffee is boiling, we can't finish it and a girl holds the door open for us...outside!!!!

I usually order online, and this time I choose the wrong location. I was rushing a little, so I didn't have the time to go to the other site. One of the employees asked a supervisor, I guess, and he explained how to choose your go-to stores on the Starbucks app, and he also made my coffee very quickly :). I love the iced caramel macchiato, but for some reason, the lady who prepared my coffee didn't add the caramel sauce on the bottom of the cup; it blends easier than on top :). But other than that, I am always happy here! Thanks for making my day easier, guys!!

This location is beyond amazing. They’re efficient, so pleasant and nice— and it’s the tasty and consistent Starbucks coffee and food you expect! They fully fueled a recent trip to NY and I’m so grateful.

I went to this store on 08/17/22 and the asian lady who served us coffee at around 10:30am was very very rude and she had a very condesending tone. Never had any experience like that at any other starbucks store. It looked like she hated her job. She shouldnt represent starbucks and I hope action is taken against her. Dont know how she got the audacity to talk like that. Wasnt even expecting great customer service, but doesnt take much to talk to customers normally when you are representing a company. Starbucks district manager has already reached out to me.
The baristas who work at this Starbucks are very upbeat, friendly, and offer fast service. I love the music the play at this location 'Salsa'!! ☺️
