Extremely rude staff. Will never return.
They lectures you for “giving an attitude” while all you did was:
- showing them your order after waiting for 30 minutes in shop
- queuing three lines and order still wasn’t ready
- they totally forgot about your order

Coffee fine. Standard Starbucks. Staff rude. Long wait for a simple coffee. All I ordered was a blonde roast with a little oatmeal. It just tasted just like only oatmilk. But I was in a rush. Left. No place to sit either. Avoid.

As a person with a very severe dairy allergy, I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. Whenever I get drinks I always double check multiple times that my drink is dairy free. this time. I asked for a chai latte, and I told the employee multiple times I wanted Almond Milk, NOT diary milk in my drink, and she affirmed me. Even when I went to pick up my drink I asked the girl who made it whether it was Almond milk, and she looked me dead in the eyes and said yes. Lo and behold, when I took a sip I immediately began having an allergic reaction. This is completely unacceptable and employees need to realize that mistakes like these can end in hospitalization or death. Who is training these workers??? Why lie??? I could sue the company over these issues.

Looks nice outside. Taste bad inside. It’s like they are using diff coffee and recipes to make these drinks. Multiple times it’s been wack. Iffy staff too. Needs an overhaul

Rude barista. I ordered Matcha Latte with soy milk but received standard milk. I checked the app to see if I made a mistake in ordering but it turns out I didn’t. I tried to speak with the barista and he was so rude saying this is not his fault and refuse to make me another drink. I couldn’t even drink this as I am lactose intolerant. Very bad service.
