This Starbucks is very West Village style, calm and local. Not crazy busy like Midtown locations, so you can actually breathe here. Space is not huge, but seating layout feels comfortable and relaxed. Staff is friendly and efficient, even during morning rush they keep good attitude. Orders come out pretty fast, and drinks are consistent. Coffee taste is what you expect from Starbucks, but somehow feels better when atmosphere is quiet. Location is great for walking break or quick meeting. Also good stop before wandering around Grove Street area. 観光の合間より、日常使いしたくなるスタバ。 If you want a Starbucks that feels more neighborhood than chain, this one is a good choice.

Very friendly service, everyone greeted, plenty of wooden tables and chairs. Standard Starbucks fare. Open at 5am when not much else is. One guy came on and played something loud on his phone next to us which was annoying but besides that a nice a place to pass an hour.

Greedy and unfriendly – even worse than tiny cafés nearby What a joke. I asked for a cup of ice water and they refused unless I bought something. Pure greed. I’ve spent plenty of money at Starbucks before, but after this, I’d rather give it to the small local cafés down the street — they happily give water for free and show more kindness than this giant chain ever could. Pathetic that a global brand acts cheaper than a tiny neighborhood coffee shop.

This was my favorite Starbucks place, I work nearby and I get my shaken espresso every single day, I buy it at different locations because my wife loves Starbucks, I've never felt so bad, I made my purchase online of 2 shaken espresso, it seems that the person who was making my favorite coffee was just starting to work, I also work as a waiter and I understand, we all have to learn at the beginning, I received one of my coffees and I tried it and it had a lot of milk, I asked him please to help me because I needed more coffee, the guy didn't answer me, but the lady who was with him saw me, listened to me and I explained to her that I always buy the same coffee but it wasn't right, she just wouldn't let me talk anymore, she put the palm of her hand on me and didn't say anything to me, I understood that I should shut up and wait for them to make me another one again, I heard me tell the young man how many shots of coffee you put in, and he proceeded to say that's not right, they did it again but it wasn't the same, he didn't care how customer, he didn't even say sorry, I feel like I don't owe myself the same treatment because I'm not American, I'm Latino, I feel like discrimination exists and I never thought I'd feel that in a company as big as Starbucks, I'm sorry but I had to express how I felt this afternoon, I only had an hour of break and I wanted to have my favorite coffee

I would like to give a grateful shoutout to the entire staff at this Starbucks. Khari sets the tone, but the entire group- Nelson, Marcus, Parish, and everyone else - is a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, professional, efficient. I always get a great cup of coffee.
Congratulations to barista Khari for his promotion. Well deserved. Khari always gives us a warm welcome, treats us with respect and makes us a great cup of coffee. Khari makes this location a neighborhood store where people truly care for each other. It’s not just a cup of coffee but an experience.

Staff not very friendly like the usual Starbucks standard. But were helpful. Lots of dining space and clean and comfortable. Washroom was very messy and gross. But it was one of the few places that actually had a bathroom for customers.
