The most miserable Starbucks in NY... the experience here was terrible. Lady at the register had a bonnet on. She didn't even exchange pleasantries with me while taking my order. I told her good morning and she just stood there staring at me.. she also spelt my name wrong despite it being short and simple. I even spelt it for her. Staff in general ignored customers but were talking amongst themselves the entire time. No little notes on the cups either.

Love Starbucks! But how can you sell a full blown out menu when you don’t even offer RESTROOMS to your patrons ? How can you sit and eat at a place with no bathroom? Terrible! You are not a fully blown take out establishment!!! You have seating!

Yo these guys here in this store buggin out. They was rude with me and my friend. Not even paying attention to the lady next to us trynna make an order. Thought Starbucks had good costumer service till I came here. Crazy and I tried to get a refund and this cashier was just wildin. NEVEER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

I walked in to order a cup of ice water and the empty headed barista assumed I wanted it for free and simply replied “we don’t give out cups of ice water” that’s not what I asked though is it? I’m good on this location.

The young man at the cash register was very friendly and provided great service. I believe his name was Jay, but I couldn’t quite see his name tag.

Service needs attention too. You have 3 employees, one in training, unable to speak up.
When busy now one else is helping to make the drinks only one person.
Customers who are not drinking coffee come in to get out of the cold but others have no sitting.

Worst of all the starbucks. I paid $8 for a drink just to have it extra sweet when i said no sweet and the cup being sticky from outside and cherry on top was not even changed even after asking twice.

The lady on register with the bonnet on was very rude and kept asking me “anything else” to rush me to order before i could even speak. She had a nasty attitude for no reason. Then the lady on the bar was rude as well and my drink was disgusting, she dumped wayy too much matcha in my drink. If you hate your job, don’t work in hospitality..

No pude comer lo que compre, esta desabrido, Las Masas que compre son ham & swiss crossants y sugar plum cheese danish, ambas de mala calidad es comida embasada, nunca mĂĄs volvere a comprar, el Cafe no es natural sino de componentes artificiales. Estoy impresionada de lo malo que es, perdi el dinero que pague, tuve que botar la comida.

Every time i entered this Starbucks everyone is Polite and attentive. I love this location
 I also believe I left a hat there I will be in the area on Monday to see if someone put it away
