I've been to a few Starbucks round NYC and I have to say this one is hands down the best Starbucks in the city. I almost wanted to gate keep this Starbucks all to myself and not post this review but the employees at this location are just so GENUINELY NICE. That's not normal for NYC lol. They're almost TOO NICE. lol.
Especially shouting out the Starbucks worker that handled the cash register on 10/15/2024 around 8:30 AM (wearing a black sweater and blue pants). She was so friendly and and made every single person smile even if they came in with a stank, nasty face. I swear these people do not get paid enough. Thank you for making my day. <3 Also, the couched seating helps if you are bringing your laptop to this location to work.

Racist. Racist and racist. I asked the staff for a straw, she rolled her eyes. It was 8:30AM not busy no people waiting in lines. What was that about? Also, cuz my order name is obviously not from the States, they only gave me half cup. I had to made my Americano with company milk so I can have at least a full cup. Nice job Starbucks.

Not a starbucks as it used to be. I was the only customer and wsited 20 mins for an icetea.
I visited this Starbucks recently and was impressed by its convenience and fast service. Jamal, who took my order, provided exceptional customer service with his friendly demeanor. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking a quick and pleasant coffee experience.

Been applying to this store for literally over 2 years, ive gone into the store to here the run-around of “we’re desperately hiring please apply!” From the workers and the main manager to which they never hire, or rather i should say they never hire outside their friend group. I have over 6 years of experience more than the baristas they currently have at the bar/register. A clear employment scam is occuring in this store and many others, more than likely a way to launder money as starbucks gets a certain amount to pay the store’s employees as a whole. Have reported this to the better business bureau and is currently under investigation. If youre not actually hiring at a store theres no reason to have a “were hiring” sign in the store (made with chalk so that means the SPECIFIC store is hiring) and continuously posting the job listing when you have no intentions of hiring anyone thats not one of your little friends.
