I got a 1st degree burn on my tounge. I ordered a cold drink. Didn't get served that. Also sent my drink back 2 times. Way too heavy handed with the recipes. Finally broke down and ordered my go to, hazelnut frap. All l tasted was syrup. I just left, with my burned tounge.
Update: The company replied to this review and left a number. I just called the number. I was on the phone for 20 min. There was no kind of resolution or compensation. Instead it was a call documenting my experience. The call was a waste of my time.
Not sure how this team makes their coffees MORE acidic and watery, but that’s one of the most consistent aspects to the experience of this store.
The baristas are always hanging around, chatting, only pausing convos with each other if pushed to, that sort of lovely energy ….when there’s a huge waiting line you would think they would put in some more effort? No! Miraculously, it would seem they slow down even more. Out of annoyance or entitlement? Unclear. No joke, I watched a barista saunter from the espresso machine to the iced coffee and it took a good 10 seconds for him just to take the steps….a journey that would have taken any normal person a nanosecond.
It’s clear the problems here are management and just overall integrity. They simply don’t care. They have figured out a way to cheat the system and do it “their way” with “their friends”. No one here is running the ship. And it’s sinking.
Worst drinks in any Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I worked at corporate and Pike Place itself.
Staff are absolutely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. NO OUTLET, music was ridiculously loud, drink was incorrect. NOT clean tables were dirty and sticky
Shame on owners for allowing this behavior and tolerating the unprofessionalism.
Order was fast. Location was clean and it has a public restroom. That said, it has no outlets and the music is obnoxiously loud. So it's a give and take.

Terrible manners. Terrible coffee. Lattes and macchiatos just taste like hot milk. Asked if my latte could be remade one time and they were upset with me for not taking their cup of hot milk with a splash of coffee and being satisfied. Save your money. Just warm up some milk in the microwave at home.

When I was entering for some coffee and a cake pop, a worker had said I'm to black to be in here and that I don't belong here?! THAT WAS VERY DISGUSTING AND IT WAS TO MY FACE?! I hope you guys get shut down. DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS!!!!!!!
It is a big shame that Starbucks hires people whom does not represent their brand experience at all, 3 days a go I meet with a fellow friend at 1460 Broadway Starbucks branch and after 3 minutes walking to find a place to seat and enjoy the view and a conversation, there was the ruddest and unprofessional Store manager named: "CHANEQUA" whom not only introduce herself in a very arrongant demeaningful way, her words towards me and my friend whom purchased 3 coffees were : That we shouldn't think that that spot was about a secondary home to us, behind us were other customers and beside it was a customer guy whom look like he was about to take put he's computer. The whole experience ruined my morning coffee routine since she clearly can't discern how to adress each and every client gracefully and with respect, plus I felt insulted when she referred to me and my friend in such a way were we where treated with such a discriminatory coment, she assumed wathever in her mind and came across misrepresenting the Brand and any customer service guidelines. Even in developing countries you get treated Better at any other Starbucks. I would refrain anyone and myself from going to that location unless Starbucks improves their Staff selection by only hiring the very best. No wonder why so many Starbucks shops are being closed, I guess big part of their Problem is Staff like "CHANEQUA"

I’ve been here a few times, usually when I’m out on a walk in the neighborhood. I’ve always had friendly customer service and they are typically pretty quick about it too.
If the barista even sees you waiting, they are nice enough to ask you what you’re waiting for and get right on it.
This location is another victim of NYC scaffolding so you do have to look for it a little but it’s pretty easy to make out since it is right on the corner.
The food is typical Starbucks food, nothing to really rave about but it gets the job done. My drinks have always been fine and they are always willing to fix them if they are not.
The only problem I’ve had with this location, is sometimes the homeless come in here and get out of hand. One time I even witnessed one steal a bunch of stuff off of the merchandise shelf and run out of the store. They do their best and it is NYC so you never know what’s gonna happen but all and all, I will be back.

I went in for a coffee. Server didn’t know what an Espresso was. So I ordered a Small Latte. There’s no sugar or stirring sticks out so I asked the girl serving “can I have some sugar, please” her reply “uhhh” Sugar! Throws 3 sachets on the counter.
Coffee was terrible. Just lots of milk. No taste of coffee. I just threw it in the trash. A waste of $5.75. Never, ever again. For a $1.50 I can get a good coffee at the Bodega on the opposite corner. Terrible manners, terrible coffee.
