Very disappointed. The staff member, Viv, was rude and unfriendly, clearly treating us differently because we were tourists. Not a smile, and they even spoke in a way that was hard to understand. Won’t be coming back.

Order a coffee craft drink with full price. Turns out did not meet my expectation. Returned as a nice and easy going customer requested a remake. I purchased a Venti but replaced me with a tiny one with the same poor quality....Never request remake but everyone told me this is wrong.Very disappointed. The staff sucks.

Horribly filthy restrooms. I bought an overpriced beverage for the sole purpose of using the restroom as I would think Starbucks was clean. They had chairs blocking the entrance to the section where the restrooms were so they clearly didn't want to clean the restrooms.

Have been using this store since December 2024. Service is a little slow in this store. Starbucks advertised free coffee for all app owners on Feb 10, the day after super bowl. This Starbucks claimed none of their coffee machine was working that day and only specialty drinks were available. Apparently the manager was calling to find out when the machines will be repaired. The next day and days after that day all coffee machines are magically working again!!! Find this very hard to believe.

This location was closed at 2:30 pm without any explanation ( except sign that it was temporary closed). I checked again at 4:30 pm. Still closed

Really large seating area. Guy at the cashier and warming up the food was really nice. It would’ve been better if the other two barista helped him out instead of just standing there chit chatting. They close at 5pm btw. I got the sausage egg & cheese sandwich, tasted okay. Just one of the bun tasted really hard. Probably days old
