My experience going into this particular Starbucks is a pleasure. The early morning staff is always welcoming especially the young man Jalen. His customer service is the best I have seen in a while. His attention to service and calmness will continue to attract and keep loyal customers. Thank you

My friends and I have visited the 376 pear st. brunch today.(near Brooklyn Bridge in New York City) we were so impressed by the staff named Chelsea, she was really friendly, polite, helpful and really professional. Her team was also the same which i haven’t seen much now a day (no offense). She helped us with the orders and explained very well and knowledgeable. It might sounds normal as it is her job but her interaction with customers was impressive and does make customers want to return so I think the company should know about this to appreciate her work.

Horrible service, worker's have unnecessary attitude. i order a iced matcha latte, i was the only customer to order. they took order, then the server got me a regular match latte, when i said i ordered iced matcha, she flipped, made a face and said 'well they didnt ring you for iced matcha.' then she proceed to talk loudly and saying ' i am tired of this shit, she is telling me she order iced matcha' inferring that i was wrong. i went to the person who billed me and i asked, did you not get me a iced matcha? she said no and then after explaining she said it was her mistake but the cost should be same. it that time someone else came and figured out iced match cost more, i offered to pay, she said its fine. meanwhile the server cream with iced matcha you can see her anger in her face. i said i am unconformable with her reaction and she rolled her eyes, and went away. and lastly the other lady showed me ,my drink and asked ' Do u want it?' i said 'why wouldn't i want it: i paid for it'. she said' i am just asking . 'Why would u ask me if i want the food I paid for? when i waled away i could hear them still inferring this whole thing was my mistake. i

This is a terrible Starbucks. The wait is always extremely long. When you order ahead and you get to pick up your items, they tell you that it’s not in stock. And then they tell you that they can’t give you a refund and to call corporate. There are many, many different Starbucks around, please go to another one.

We arrived 15' prior to closure and ordered. We were serviced and when we asked to go to the toilet it was denied to us. Despite our remarks we couldn't use the toilets. Bad service, but it's not the people fault, they do what they are told. As often the bottleneck is at the top of the bottle. Starbuck sucks.

Their drink is always half size than other place. If you grande, it will be the tall size.
This is my go-to study spot! I always order my usual and it’s consistently amazing. The large seating area is super comfortable, and I especially appreciate the footrest beneath the tables—please never get rid of that! The music and overall vibe make it such a relaxing place to focus. They also have a ton of outlets! My only wish is that they stayed open a little later.
Edit: ordered my usual and it came in a small cup? Usually not like this.
