Pitiful service, we are asked to leave 45 minutes before closing, the toilets are no longer available because cleaning has already been done, we are kicked out of a table with the only explanation that they want to finish on time. Finally we stay until the supposed closing time but it doesn't close at all, we were just given this justification so as not to overload ourselves with work... Some customers are served, others not, surely depending of their heads!

I purchased the pesto sandwich after I want told the had the sandwich and a chocolate chip cookies. I wait about 4 minutes for my food to be told the no longer have the pesto sandwich do I want something else. They didn't offer me anything free for the inconvenience. They could at least gave me another cookie. I believe it was unprofessional, especially when I tip all the time in cash. What a way to treat a loyal consumer who works in the building. THEY ALWAY RUN OUT OF FOOD. A WELL KNOWN ESTABLISHED SHOULD NOT RUN OUT OF BREAKFAST SANDWICHES EVERY DAY. VERY SAD

Staff with grey hair is rude and have no service mind. I ordered my coffee online and wait for long time more than 15 minutes. I asked her about my order and she say what you have to do is asking without saying sorry or thank you. I ,who is customer, have to say thank you to her for making my order.

Tips Beware of fraudulent white male waiters! As soon as I ordered two iced Americanos, I inserted my credit card into the terminal. He blocked the card with his finger and prepared to press the button on the terminal. As soon as a screen appeared, I pressed the button. The 25% tip that appears on the first screen is forcibly collected regardless of the customer's will! We condemn the white male employee who worked around 2 PM on March 3, 2024.
