Now I can’t understand how this location operates in such a manner one minute it’s closing early without any proper notice to customers and then other times it’s saying that it’s open in the app and online then when you arrive the location is closed. I had to find this out after I placed my order. This is not how you treat customers…Starbucks got my money and my order was not filled…Management needs to do better.

The morning crew is fantastic, Devona, Shirley and Emma, the whole crew, are just amazing and so helpful. They are the perfect start of my DAY! Dud I mention the coffee is great too?!

Unfortunately, the didnt had the specials. Toilet was beyond disgusting. 7 Dollars for a small coffee but not even is there any money for cleaners.. get a grip guys. Staff was very cool and friendly.

I bought a $7 chicken sandwich. the minute I put it in my mouth, I spilled it out. The bread was so dried to the point you don't want to swallow and the strong smell of syrup felt like it had been stored for a long

It's ok I get the sense it's not as functional as other Starbucks in heavier trafficked areas and it would be extremely helpful and professional if they put the hours they are open and closed in a search online, also I was in there one Saturday early morning and they were playing heavy metal, i had to stay because i was meeting someone and I saw someone else commented about this also, I can understand if it was a mix of music genres including heavy metal but it was straight heavy metal early morning and the the whole morning i was there until i left , I guess one of the workers thinks they are at home or in a concert but it's loud, disturbing and unprofessional and I couldn't hear the young lady that was taking my order.
Strange idea to make us move at 2pm to wash the floor.

The short curly haired Chinese barista was very rude to me. I walked into the store after ordering from the app. I approached the pick up counter and stood there for about 2-3 minutes watching here serve every other customer but me. When she finally called my name, I proceeded to take my order like normal. Then, I hear her say to me in a harsh tone, “So you do know your name.” I was shocked and confused on why she had said this to me. She told me that they didn’t have owl cake pop and asked me if I wanted the chocolate, or cookies and cream one instead. I requested to see what they looked like and she replied with, “It’s literally just the chocolate cake pop and cookies and cream one.” This made me angry specifically because she said it so rudely. Shouldn’t the workers have some respect to their customers?? Anyway, I got the chocolate cake pop as the replacement. I watched her walk over to another barista and I hear her say “…like does she not know her name?” I instantly knew that she was talking about me and I felt extremely offended. She got my cake pop, walked back to the pick up counter, and slid the chocolate cake pop across the counter as she says “Here you go.” In the most emotionless way possible. This Starbucks needs to hire better baristas. Especially ones who are actually professional with their job. I will not be returning to this Starbucks.
