Just came to grab 2 coffees for me and my wife. And they said that due to the shortage of staff we have to wait 15-20 min. 20 min for the coffee? Carl. And the same happened to the customers behind me. We left. Nice. At 4 pm in New York. We went to another coffee shop Cha Cha down on Broadway. And service was perfect. And the problem is that we had to wait to have that notice.

For the past couple months most SBs I've gone to the staff have been rude, racist, tried to make me feel lesser than for no reason, made drinks badly. Based on reviews I can tell I'm not alone. I will not be going to Starbucks anymore but this one was at least normal like pre-Covid days and I really appreciate that.

The Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso is to die for! Do yourself a favor & please try it!

The atmosphere is unfriendly. You just need to buy and leave; otherwise, you’re not allowed to sit on the benches that are there for sitting. And, of course, you can’t use the restroom. They’ve barricaded the whole area in case you try to go in. Plus, they take forever with orders—two matcha lattes took more than 20 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend going here.
