I don’t usually write reviews but this Starbucks location was one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to so my two daughters and her two friends. They all ordered the same thing 4 Caramel ribbon crunch frappes. All kids weren’t allowed to drink coffee including my two kids. I asked them for no coffee in all the frappes they said ok. I also asked for the birthday cake cake pops they ran out of all of them the only available cake pops were the ones of the case I didn’t know how old they were and how long they were sitting there so they all said no to them. I paid, the drinks were ready my daughters said hers tasted weird so I told them to stop drinking it and their 2 friends also said it tasted weird so I asked the barista who makes their drinks if they used coffee he said “yes” I said why would you put coffee if I told you and the person who took my order. He said mam you never told me that and I thought it was ridiculous that I spent $30 for something that they didn’t even drink and I asked for a refund and they told me no. so unless you want to get your drinks messed up and get spoken to like trash. I don’t recommend.

I BROKE UP WITH STARBUCKS TODAY!!!
I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher. My drink came 3/4 filled. I asked where was the rest of my drink? The female Barnstable gave me a cup of ice. Mind you, the refresher already have ice in it. I was so stunned, I couldn't say a word!!!😒

I purchased an $8 drink. I got $7 worth of ice.🤣
There is no seating. I see tables with water, nothing or a drink that finished 2 hours ago! I waited for a table, before I could sit a dude sat in the seat with no beverage. Nice experience.....🙄
I broke up with Starbucks today!!!

The Starbucks employees should be ashamed of themselves. My six years old asd was vocal stimming and dysregulated while I waited for my drinks. Two employees were pointing and laughing. I heard them saying that my son was annoying and had problems. I called them out. They were very judgmental. When they realized they were caught they apologized. Shame on you Starbucks on your lack of customer service training. Shame on the employees for not having sympathy and understanding. We deserve to get equal customer service no matter what. If you didn’t want my son in your store and my son was annoying to you then speed up the pick up service.

I have my reservations about Starbucks as a company, but the team at this location are wonderful. Always attentive, positive, and understanding. This place gets BUSY and they always greet with a smile even under pressure. I’ve had my orders delayed during rushes and the staff is always apologetic and offers quick solutions. Sometimes leave cute little notes on coffee cups, “have a great day”, smiley faces, etc., which has really made my day:)

Very inconsistent with the drink quality. The girls be so busy talking that they don’t even notice anything. You ask for x amount of shots and they give you what they want. Deleting this app now.

Terribly slow for a coffee place in a train station. Isn’t sort of expected most of your customers in line are on a rush? I saw many people in front of me leaving the line before they placed their orders, and I understood why. I insisted to place an order and couldn’t wait for the coffee, otherwise I’d miss my train.

The workers there are very rude, even after you give them a tip they are rude. You can’t use the bathroom unless you buy something. They refuse to give you the code to the bathroom unless you buy something. Even after you buy something and go to the bathroom, they time you and come banging on the door saying you have been in there for 10 minutes and they will call the police on you if you spend more than 10 minutes in the bathroom to remove you. I would not recommend this place. Go elsewhere for your coffee, unless you don’t care if you get horrible treatment and feel very unappreciated for visiting the establishment.
