For the past couple months most SBs I've gone to the staff have been rude, racist, tried to make me feel lesser than for no reason, made drinks badly. Based on reviews I can tell I'm not alone. I will not be going to Starbucks anymore but this one was at least normal like pre-Covid days and I really appreciate that.
As a partner at another location in the city, I wanted to review. I've been here so many times while hanging across the street at union square. The staff has never been rude but never quite feels like anything over the top. The energy levels have been consistent every visit which is content but no upbeat energy or lasting impressions being made. I come from 2 stores with upbeat outgoing, make each interaction personal stores and my advice to this store is to liven up. Feels...
1st, for those that didn't know this fact, there was another Starbuck on the the other side of Union Square.2nd, i was surprised that it wasn't as crowded as i was expected it to be. i was also surprised how spacious & comfortable the interior looked. even though i stood up the entire time waiting for my beverage to be ready before heading to cinema near by.
