I ordered on uber eats items in my order was missing so I reached out to the uber delivery guy who instructed me to reach out to Starbucks, when I called I spoke with the store manager Danny. I explained to him my issue he then told me do not tell him how to do his job and hung up the phone in my ear while I was still talking. I called the store back to find out the store number I spoke with Danny again which he was still being rude, so I will be filing a complaint with corporate. This is not how you treat customers especially if I was being very respectful.

They took away the bathroom, they took away the seats, and the attitudes of the workers are awful. This is America at its worst. And they have a policy where they will not let you use reusable cups. They force you to use throw away plastic cups. Starbucks has gone downhill. There must be boycotted. No seats no business!

I ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches and a drink but they only delivered one of the two sandwiches which arrived in terrible condition. This happened the last time I had my order delivered from this location too where I ordered a sandwich and a drink but they only delivered the drink without the sandwich. I let it slide assuming it was an honest mistake but two times in a row is a little frustrating. I hope this doesn’t happen again!

This location it’s close to my house I like the coffee but the workers they think Dhey owns the store or Dhey are bring to work against their will guys don’t forget you getting paid !and if you don’t want you can leave it’s the second time happened I paid and I’m waiting for two coffee 30 min on the end this guy pina told me it’s to busy and get your money back and leave I guess I will take my money somewhere else

I had tried a breakfast burrito and it was 5 stars! Service is 4 stars. One guy was working all the drinks and the two girls were just standing around talking to each-other. There was a whole line of people waiting. I had to wait 15 minutes for my drink and I think that is ridiculous. There are hundreds of other Starbucks locations that will not have this long of a wait time and still taste as good. Besides the trash outside the place with no container, the place inside is clean. It is also very cold all of the time. 🥶

I went into this store for my usual breakfast and the lady making my drink was so rude her name was Peggy and I would never go to this location again because of that encounter! Starbucks do better with your hiring!

I went to this location on Friday 9/27/24 and the girl at the cash register (Wearing a black apron) was absolutely horrible. Knowing that there was a line she kept talking to a customer (her friend) and ignored us completely. There was a gentleman there preparing drinks who tried to get her attention but was also ignored. Once we placed our order she proceeded to go on her phone. Drinks were great but experience was not.

Typically this Starbucks has excellent customer service as I’m a regular customer. Today I was denied a cup of water and we offered a used cup in place!!! If you care about your same store sales I implore you to fix this issue with your incredibly rude and entitled employees. This man was a clear racist and deserves to be reprimanded. A used cup and denying a paying customer who buys a venti Americano daily. How absurd. I will try emailing your corporate department.
