Come in here literally every day. Everyone is usually wonderful, quick efficient, even know that my dog always want a pup cup. Idk what happened this morning. It seems like it's everybody's first day. All different staff. Nobody greets or says goodbye to anyone walking it. The girl at the counter doesn't know how to find a drink in POS, ppl behind the bar are just chatting. It took me 20 mins to get a small black coffee, mind you there was no like. Not even exaggerating. It took 3 ppl to replace the milk jar.
I ordered a cappuccino and clearly asked for extra foam, because Starbucks often makes it with too much milk, turning it into a latte instead of a proper cappuccino. Despite my clear request, I received a cup with mostly milk and almost no foam.
I asked the staff to remake the drink with extra foam. One of the employees, with a very poor attitude, said she would make another one. Instead of preparing it right away, I was pushed to the end of the line and waited over 10 minutes. Eventually, I told her I could not wait any longer and that she didnโt need to make it. Her response was simply โokay,โ and she turned around and walked away.
I expected more from Starbucks. There seems to be no quality control, and customer requests are not taken seriously. Very disappointed.

The partners here are very welcoming, always greeting me when I walk in as they do everyone. Drinks are always on point and. Speed of service is extraordinary. I was an asm for 3 years and never had a team like them. I. Walk pass 3 Starbucks just to hear them and feel good while I think. My daughter and I usually purchase on the weekends. The Sunday crew are the best. Tia and another young lady are so accommodating. John makes a delicious Frappuccino. My daughter who is usually very quiet, had to compliment him personally. John, Tia and Kia , we appreciate you! 12/13/2025-my daughter ordered sugar cookie frappuccinos. The store was crowded. Danni was handing everyone efficiently, John was getting the drinks out quickly and the new guy Tony made our frapps. This was our 2nd encounter with Tony. ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ Thank you all for your courtesy!

By far the best customer ๐ service. Upon entering I was greeted from outside the door. All smiles ๐ and friendly, friendly staff. My beverage โ๏ธ was awaiting at the mobile/pick up area. I loved coming although it was for a second the brief encounter was sooooo needed. ๐

They got my online order wrong, I ordered 3 cortados that were supposed to be made the same way and two of them were made with some type of flavor.

One of the best Starbucks locations in the city. The service and employees are amazing. Flavor and order speed on point. I was helped by Evania today who was a rockstar and takes pride in her job.

I got three espresso shots and I received a drink that look very light and pale one espresso shot at most no cookiecrumbles topping or caramel drizzle which I also paid for I only drink coconut milk and it was almond or another type not coconut milk will not order again when I was a barista years back I always followed ingredients customers need I never ignored allergies or non diary request but I have seen many ignore it while I worked for Starbucks and even worse now and its a safety hazard now

I was waiting for an order I had paid for and a girl Iโm assuming is the manager short girl with glass was giving the only Attitude and kept telling us to move when there was no where to move the girl was clocked out and was being rude for no reason everyone else was nice
