I got three espresso shots and I received a drink that look very light and pale one espresso shot at most no cookiecrumbles topping or caramel drizzle which I also paid for I only drink coconut milk and it was almond or another type not coconut milk will not order again when I was a barista years back I always followed ingredients customers need I never ignored allergies or non diary request but I have seen many ignore it while I worked for Starbucks and even worse now and its a safety hazard now

I was waiting for an order I had paid for and a girl I’m assuming is the manager short girl with glass was giving the only Attitude and kept telling us to move when there was no where to move the girl was clocked out and was being rude for no reason everyone else was nice

I came in just 10 minutes before closing, and asked if I could possibly order a matcha. I know it isn’t ideal to come in that late- I was struggling with an injury, and looking back, I wasn’t thinking clearly due to pain and adrenaline and all that.

One barista checked with another, who said hot matcha was still available. I really appreciated that they still took my order. I’d especially like to thank Alex (that’s what their nametag said) for making my matcha- it was warm, comforting, and genuinely helped me feel a little better after a rough day. Thank you for the kindness and the matcha.

I had a terrible service experience at this Starbucks recently.
I ordered a hot coffee and was handed a cup covered in coffee stains, and the cardboard sleeve was soaking wet. When I asked the barista to replace the sleeve, he provided me with another one, but it was still visibly damp and marked with coffee drops.
Overall, the experience felt careless and disappointing.
If you're looking for consistent service, I'd recommend avoiding this particular Starbucks.

I have entered this location several times every single time they have masterly executed my drink. It is a simple iced tea drink that they always shake and hand off to me with a smile. I have also ordered head and it’s always been perfect. I will continue to come to this location despite there being several closer to me.

I was also treated rudely by the manager. I have a service dog, and I ordered a pupcup for her. She gets very excited and did jump up and put her paws 🐾 on the counter. I immediately brought her down. And he told me I had to take the pup cup outside, which I understand, but he also felt the need to add that it’s their discretion whether or not service dogs are allowed in the store! I know my rights and I know this is not true. I had my son go in for a pup cup with my dog, and he was treated very differently. I’m thinking he’s got a problem with Women? By the way this very same day, I saw a plumber, leaving the store with a plunger in his hand. So I think it’s at their discretion to decide which rules to follow and which health violations to uphold.

They told me to leave due to my service dog. I told him it was a service dog, that I had the documents on me and that legally I can be in the store. He said no its store policy and i asked him where is this written? He then told us to leave again. My dog did nothing we were just waiting on my drink, not even seated!

This Starbucks is consistently busy but they cut corners on making drinks. I just ordered a pistachio cold brew and they did not put cold foam or pistachio in it. It was gross and I threw it away. This isn’t the first time this had happened and seems to happen every time I order a drink from this Starbucks. You are better off going to a different location if you want your drink made properly.

Absolute worst Starbucks in Manhattan. I only go here because it's on my way - but every single time I order a flat white, it tastes different. And the one time I asked for a remake, I was given attitude. Do yourself a favor and go to 95th & Broadway (friendly staff with zero issues) instead.
