I am sadly disappointed at the 'revamp' Starbucks has gone through recently. The small tables dotted around feel lost and impersonal. It's not anyone's Third Place anymore, a role it used to fill so well. This is no longer a spot to gather with friends - it's a soul-less grab and go, and it is sad to see.Their one USP was their cosiness, there were always a couple of comfy chairs or a sofa, and the window bar was revolutionary in getting people to not simply get a coffee and sit staring down at it. You were encouraged to engage with the street outside, instead of disconnecting

So my official Starbucks closed so I was forced to go to this one it was the closest to my train stop on my way home or to work and I am so happy with this location the customer service is amazing my drinks are usually pre ordered and are always ready in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and if you go there enough they know ur name... Definitely one of my favorite stops on my way to work!
I love this Starbucks. I go here way too often, but I can’t resist! The employees are so incredibly nice, and I know them by name- they’ve even memorized my order by now!

Empty of customers on a Sunday morning for a reason. I was the only customer in the store. After five minutes I asked if somebody had forgotten my drink? No, I was assured, wait over there. After another three minutes, watching the sloth-like barista place ice cubes in a single cup, trying to drag out time for five minutes, I asked her, are you ignoring me? No, she answered, claiming she was filling mobile orders. Not. Finally, the young man who rung up my order, made my order in under a half a minute. I don’t demand that Starbucks race to fill my drink, but there was a very weird and lazy vibe going on with the female barrista. Passive aggressive, almost. It took nine minutes for me to receive my drink, as the ONLY customer in the store, and had I not said anything, it would have been much longer.
