I love this place! It was my first time coming to this location and I was greeted energetically upon entering. I received my iced lavender oat milk matcha and ham and Swiss croissant in a timely manner. The drink even had a sweet message on it! And when I was leaving, I was bid a sincere farewell. AMAZING customer service here at this Starbucks location!

I am sadly disappointed at the 'revamp' Starbucks has gone through recently. The small tables dotted around feel lost and impersonal. It's not anyone's Third Place anymore, a role it used to fill so well. This is no longer a spot to gather with friends - it's a soul-less grab and go, and it is sad to see.Their one USP was their cosiness, there were always a couple of comfy chairs or a sofa, and the window bar was revolutionary in getting people to not simply get a coffee and sit staring down at it. You were encouraged to engage with the street outside, instead of disconnecting
