I am sadly disappointed at the 'revamp' Starbucks has gone through recently. The small tables dotted around feel lost and impersonal. It's not anyone's Third Place anymore, a role it used to fill so well. This is no longer a spot to gather with friends - it's a soul-less grab and go, and it is sad to see.Their one USP was their cosiness, there were always a couple of comfy chairs or a sofa, and the window bar was revolutionary in getting people to not...
So my official Starbucks closed so I was forced to go to this one it was the closest to my train stop on my way home or to work and I am so happy with this location the customer service is amazing my drinks are usually pre ordered and are always ready in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and if you go there enough they know ur name... Definitely one of my favorite stops on my way to work!

Well today wasn’t such a good experience not only did I have to wait 20 plus minutes for a coffee but when I did receive my ice coffee it was handed to me wrapped in napkins the cup had a hole in it and the guy still gave it to me so after 5 mins of struggling to drink it and ending up wearing it I threw it out bad enough it cost me 7 bucks but I didn’t get to enjoy it . Usually this place is spot on the girl shea who works here is the best
