As a former employee as a public health matter I can say that for the period of time before our renovation this store location was infested with rats. There were 3-4 of them in mouse traps on the floor under the bars and even 1 found underneath the benches.
Despite this our store was never shut down and when it was we were instructed by management to lie to customers and say the reason was because of "renovations" up until the week I left there were 1000's of dead bugs and gnats in our basement that supervisors had to clean in the morning to keep from failing the health inspections if they came daily.
As an employee there even up until recently as of October 31st there were visible knats and other bugs flying around the inclusions made for refreshers and powders used for frapaccinos some even in the containers themselves.
Despite rat and pest control treating this store constantly this store continues to suffer from this problem.
I will be filing a report with the department of health as a former employee.
These are all true statements including the fact that employees took and saved pictures of multiple dead rats in traps at this location.
And I have visibly seen rats and reported it to my supervisors even after the renovation,
I am glad I am gone and for all the rats bugs and insects would avoid this location.
Kid-friendliness: The refreshers are highly caffeinated and children should not consume them due to their caffeine equivalency being close to our iced coffees.
Slowest and worst service. Drinks taste like garbage and they up charge the hell out of you for literally everything.

Very rude staff. The tall skinny dark complexion person interfered in conversation making judgment on non of his business. The register made mitakes after i repeated my order seveal times hence i complained explaining what has happened and this tall person who is off duty today at this starbucks interefered being extremely rude. This particular person already showed attitude last week and i noticed this over me and he should be fired for being distriminating a customer. And today, interefering on NONE of HiS BUSINESS whatsoever. Rude and low class.

Went in to buy a drink and snack because most starbucks have restroom. Seems insane that they don't offer a restroom when every other starbucks does. No signage about the lack of restroom either. I wouldve gone elsewhere had I known. Not a good look.

Manager seems rude I came a little before 11PM and they wouldn’t even answer the door. Appreciate it’s almost 11PM but if it says open until 11PM I should be able to go in before then until closing and they didn’t even have the courtesy to open the door ahead of that to let me know and just kept saying it was closed when according to the hours it’s not closed yet.

My husband wanted to buy a latte and a lactose-free latte macchiato, both in medium size. He should pay a good $13 for both. The saleswoman put one of the drinks in front of him. When I asked where the second drink was, she again asked for a good 13 dollars. Only after paying again was my husband given the second drink.What a disappointment and rip off.
