Best Starbucks I’ve been to in a long while! They really balance out the friendliness in person quality with quick convenience. We often come in with a pack of indecisive children after church and they are incredibly kind and patient every time. But not at the expense of wait time! Drinks and food are out with urgency.

At 86 St. & B'way, Manhattan store, friendly staff including a guy I've seen there for at least two years. Would suggest adding a few tables in the sizeable empty area of the space at that location (particularly as a neighboring branch around 81 & B'way has closed).

STR: 1979 REG: 020 TRN: 0343 CSHR: 3383 I asked for a croissant with my macchiato and the guy behind the counter initially ignored me, snarked, and was very rude. I didn't get the croissant and my coffee taste horrible. I do not understand why respect is on sided. I waited, greeted said excuse me and was mistreated in return. Maybe the guy had a bad day. But then why take it out on me?

So bad service, today I asked for small iced latte with whole milk foam, no sugar, and they made me latte with vanilla. When I told them that I didn’t order that, girls told me that I dropped in toilet somewhere, they ignored and were laughing, didn’t offer me for new right coffee. I came out. Never coming back again at least at this location. So rude.

Absolute racist Starbucks, avoid at all costs. They refused to serve me a cup of water and insisted I had to buy something when there were four college girls in front of me that all asked for ice water and were served on the spot.

Got a shot of espresso with two pumps of white mocha over ice to get my day going. Heard the a ton of Starbucks locations are closing so might as well enjoy Starbucks while in NYC.
I like the balcony and the seating. Location is good.

This store is dirty. The staff couldn’t care less. The seating area is littered with napkins, discarded stew wrappers, plastic wrappers. Store manager should be fired.
