I actually can’t believe the workers at this location. This has been my worst Starbucks experience. Right away the location was extremely chaotic and loud filled with middle schoolers (not the fault of the Starbucks at all) so I felt bad for the workers but I didn’t anymore when I ordered. The worker taking the order was extremely monotone and looked fed up- okay I understand it’s stressful no problem I brushed it off, but then when my drink came out lighter than I wanted I asked the barista very apologetically and politely to add to it and they replied with the nastiest attitude of sarcasm. If you hate your job so much that you have to talk back to a customer asking you something politely then you should change jobs. Only good thing about the location is that they have wifi, a bathroom and some wall plugs.

I’m begging the store manager here to step up the game. HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE. I was here on New Years Day and this guy who’s clearly a newbie made both my orders wrong, the vanilla cold foam came out liquid TWICE, the second time he just shook his head, laughed and gave me my coffee. I was in a huge rush so I just left. Wasted $15 that morning. There’s another skinny guy who’s constantly getting orders wrong and being sassy with customers. The women there are carrying the team honestly.Please for the love of God, hire people that can make the drink and treat them well. Your workers are tired and miserable and the customers aren’t happy.

The people here focus on making the food instead of taking the orders of the people on line. This means people who make online orders get their food right away, and the line just stays crazy long forever.I tried explaining that the workers should just take the orders of the people on line so as to not disadvantage them vs online orders, and they didn't understand. Kept just making food / drinks and ignoring the line.

Cashier was nice, ignored my drink request 100%. Confirmed twice that I wanted a tall matcha Frappuccino with no whip cream. I was charged for a grande and it came with a ton of whipped cream. Worst was the plain brewed coffee- it was literally lukewarm and gross. I leaned my lesson and won’t be going to Starbucks again. There’s too many other better places to go.

after 5pm, it's been crowded by kids. After school kids are doing their H/W. You can still find a place. Order comes pretty fast. Spoon, knives, and forks are at the front and self services. B57 is running every 10min, it's perfect for the raining day too! It's very good atmosphere :)

I wish I could give this location -0 stars. The customer service here is horrible. The wait time for a coffee is insanely long. They never have seasonal ingredients ever. No pumpkin spice for weeks. The baristas have horrible ghetto attitudes when you ask a question or if the coffee isn’t made right. You have to scream over the loud music so they can hear your order. I dread every time I have to order from this location. I avoid it as much as possible living in this neighborhood. Better off going to 57th and 10 Avenue location.

Never able to place orders trough the mobile app they purposely mark drinks not in stock not just one drink all of them including food items so people won’t place mobile orders in the morning we have jobs in the morning the purpose is to place the order ahead of time !

I’ve been going to Starbucks since 2011 and this was the first time I went to a Starbucks and left better than when I entered. The staff here is superb, they are so personable, kind and deeply helpful. I entered on a seemingly normal day for myself, into a lively cafe of people who were enjoying their experiences. The staff had organized a little event and were sharing samples of creations,that are now some of my personal favorites. Not only did this create an environment of community that is usually devoid in a Starbucks due to it being a chain; but it also made my day. This is by far the best Starbucks location I’ve been to not only in the US but abroad.
