Very poor service these past few months. Not sure if there’s been some change in management that explains this. Everytime I go the workers are off to the side doing tasks that are not immediate, ignoring the customer waiting to order. There’s also been a few times where I’m acknowledged and not assisted with despite a manager being present and there not being a line/long queue. Other times, my coffee (which is a simple black order) will sit there for some time before it’s handed back to me. Most recently a worker was on their phone while handling my order.

Very poor customer service & no awareness of food allergies like dairy. They put dairy milk in a nondairy vanilla cream cold brew. If you have an allergy, I strongly recommend you try a different Starbucks. Also, the employees don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction… they did look really busy, not gonna lie… maybe they have an attitude and make mistakes when they’re more stressed out.

To many HS kids hanging around in there not letting you pass while walking into the doors. The service is horrible today the barista did not get my order right I asked for a large beverage I don’t not buy Starbucks bc I hate their service not a coffee fan so I bought my son a mocha frappe with cookie crumble even left a tip thinking this person would get it I right I said large she is the employee of a company that should know a large is a grande not my fault if she was not trained correctly that’s the company and the person who trained her. This is not the first time this happened while buying out of this Starbucks and I will not go back.

This place is unsanitary. Seating sofa is dirty and bunch trash on edge of sofa. Staff is not friendly. Too many kids and overcrowded.

Starbucks is a terrible place to have coffee. Full of homeless people and woke employees. Low quality coffee, low quality food. This gives me one more reason to short the Starbucks stock.

I frequent this location to work on my laptop. The crew is always really friendly. I think alot of them are performers or art students. Sometimes they are singing. They have a great vibe and make the experience pleasant and lively. I'm there early so a great way to begin the day.Kudos to this team ?

A bad customer service, I live in this area on 66 and Amsterdam Av, the girl in the front isn’t polite , I pay more for better customer service , sometimes I pay a lot tips for appreciate the polite employees but this Starbucks near me isn’t professional at all , it’s a big headache for me when I need my Starbucks

Their mobile pickup station is in the corner where customers cannot reach or see the names. When you ask the baristas to check, more often than not, they say the order is not ready, without even looking. (I ask only when it is well past the estimated pickup time.) I know they are very busy, and it feels bad bothering them. But to find your drink has been sitting up there all that time, getting colder, is a bad experience.
