Customer service not that good. The fact that each response says to resubmit feedback to their website instead of responding directly speaks volumes...if you're here in NYC, why drink Starbucks...much better options

Overall, this store has always been good. However, lately I have experienced bad customer service. There has definitely been a change somewhere and it shows.
I ordered on the app while standing inside the store. I had one item that all they had to do was put it in a bag and i.was gone. However, they began engaging and conversing amongst each other while customers waited.
I waited about ten minutes until I finally said something. Then they wanted to convince me that while I was standing there, watching and waiting.... someone stole my order.
Noone stole my order. Employees were not paying attention to customers.
I like this place, shape up.

Zero outlets at this location, and I mean NONE. I walked through the whole store. It seems like they had one and they put a plate on it to shut it down. If you want to work on your laptop avoid this location. No wonder it’s always empty.
I live 30 blocks south of this Starbucks but this the one that I travel to. Why? Because the staff is great. Professional and friendly. They make a great cortado and this is also where I pickup my beans. Not a lot of outlets so you will actually be joined by people who are having conversations with their friends while drinking coffee together. This is a very high maintenance neighborhood (UWS) IYKYK so when you see negative comments about this branch consider the source. This branch gets you your coffee quickly even though it is brutally busy here. Surrounded by universities, hospitals, high rises, schools. Not quite sure how they do it but I am grateful for their presence. I ride from W 49th St to W 71 St on my bike to travel to this location three times a week. Thanks so much!

Very poor service these past few months. Not sure if there’s been some change in management that explains this. Everytime I go the workers are off to the side doing tasks that are not immediate, ignoring the customer waiting to order. There’s also been a few times where I’m acknowledged and not assisted with despite a manager being present and there not being a line/long queue. Other times, my coffee (which is a simple black order) will sit there for some time before it’s handed back to me. Most recently a worker was on their phone while handling my order.

Very poor customer service & no awareness of food allergies like dairy. They put dairy milk in a nondairy vanilla cream cold brew. If you have an allergy, I strongly recommend you try a different Starbucks. Also, the employees don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction… they did look really busy, not gonna lie… maybe they have an attitude and make mistakes when they’re more stressed out.
