Pumpkin spice latte grande. Clean, friendly, not many seats not busy in the morning so receiving my drink was quick. Definitely recommend this location for all Starbucks coffee drinkers

This location of Starbucks is really nice - I stopped by this weekend while on Columbus Avenue to do some shopping on the Upper West Side, and I had a good experience!! The store is very clean + well-kept, and the staff were kind when I visited. My coffee was made exactly as I ordered it, and the bakery item I purchased was heated accordingly. On another note, this Starbucks is conveniently located by The Strand's Upper West Side location, which is a perk!!

This place is the worst Starbucks in the city. Paid almost $6 for a cup of ice and some cold brew. (See photo). Maybe customers need to film the crew like at Chipotle so you don’t get fleeced. Never seen this much ice in a cold brew.

It is incredibly disappointing to see the supervisor here, Tyshiana, is unwilling to uphold basic city rules and use retaliatory tactics on her customers. During my visit, I suggested one customer holding his large dog's leash in his hand instead of leaving the leash on the floor. The dog is the same size as my young kids, and it was intimidating for them. However, instead of showing understanding for the request, Tyshiana refused to provide service and she requested me to leave the store with my children. As a supervisor, her behavior sets a toxic culture for the rest of the store staff and marks a shameful example in a neighborhood I lived in and loved. And it also shows her discriminatory attitude towards families with children. This store is an unfortunate representation of the brand image of Starbucks.

Can the cashier be more racist? I don’t think so. His attitude toward us was horrible. Hi was laughing during our whole order. Btw there is no bathroom service.
