I’m extremely disappointed with how we were treated here. When we approached the counter in the late afternoon around 4.30pm, the employee barely acknowledged us and then told us she wouldn’t be serving us. When we asked why, she said we should “try another place” and made a comment about our appearance that was completely inappropriate. There was no valid reason given and no attempt to be professional. The interaction felt dismissive and discriminatory, and it left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is not how customers should ever be treated. Unfortunately, I do not remember the employee’s name, but they were the Caucasian staff member working at the counter around 4:30 p.m.

I went to this store and made two purchases. I have an elderly mother and asked if they can refer me to a restroom nearby. The response from the staff “Jacob” was they can’t refer customer to other business. Very unacceptable, especially since I have an elderly mother who has bladder issues.
Sometimes people need to have compassion which this store lacks.

Had an amazing experience here the staff was super nice Juan , Ed , Tashii and Jay were so sweet made me feel right at home please if you’re in the area check these guys out ask for them and they’ll make sure you leave very happy !! Give that staff a raise ☺️

Tiny corner cafe with standing room and no seating. Great location for a quick pick up. Make sure to order for pickup so you don’t have to wait long for your order.

The people here are just great. Friendly, helpful, and just plan great to work with. When I bought two breakfast items and a latte, the machine stopped working. The staff was immediately friendly about it and told us of the situation. When the machine kept being unavailable, they told us that it was on the house and to enjoy our day. They wouldn't even take cash, which we insisted but they denied regardless. Just good people working to uplift others' day which we have never seen at any other starbucks location. Cheers again to this team.

Even though this is a very small location with just a few counter seats by the window (no bathrooms), it’s my favorite Starbucks in the area. It’s a Starbucks so the drinks are the same as other locations, but the staff here are very welcoming and friendly, which makes all the difference :)
