Nice location and it was clean based on the crowd. I was only there for the restroom at first. It took a while but I got through then I ordered a few items. I didn't take the photos but they were good. The service for 4 stars because of the long restroom line.

I ordered through Doordash and they told my delivery person that I picked up my order already when I never did. How can I pick up an order that I arranged for delivery. Either they are not paying attention to mobile orders or they lied.

I visited this Starbucks location during the heatwave, when it was 102° outside, and the air conditioning inside wasn’t working. It was way hotter inside than it was outside. The employees were drenched in sweat, clearly struggling. Despite the unbearable heat, they remained friendly, helpful, and positive. They truly went above and beyond, and they deserve better working conditions. Management, please do better for your team.

The management should not be making them work in such extreme conditions during a heatwave and an official heat warning. No employee should have to endure that. I'm sure one Starbucks location can afford to shut down for a few hours until the AC is repaired for the health and safety of its staff.

You know I come here often… maybe too often because of my homeless situation but I spend money here when I have money and other times I just ask for a cup of hot water to keep warm…like today because I had a tea packet… the guy gave me a cup of warm sink water… and they smirked and laughed as if they didn’t know I meant the hot water that they usually give… I understand that hot water can be used as a “weapon” because last time I was asked not to throw it in anyone… however I’m not mad at them at all you treat people based on what you think their capable of Financially and only a broke homeless person who can’t afford a cup of coffee would be given sink water when clearly it was for tea… I guess I better shut up before they give me a reason to never come back.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment. I ordered a cold drink but was given a hot drink instead. When I asked for a replacement, an employee named Karl seemed upset and made comments that felt unprofessional.

Even though this situation was minor, the feeling it left was real. It made me uncomfortable and unable to stay and enjoy my time in peace. On top of that, the replacement drink tasted watery and didn’t meet the quality I expected.

I believe customers should feel welcomed and valued, even when mistakes happen. I hope you’ll address this to improve the experience for others.

Ordered two coffees through DoorDash, and both of them were wrong. The first one had no sweet cream in it at all and instead of cold foam it was whipped cream. The second one also did not have any sweet cream. When I called to resolve it The woman basically told me there was nothing they could do. DoorDash also only offered me $5 dollars on a $30 order. Whoever I talked to on the phone acted like they did not care at all.

I am so sad. I spent 9 bucks on bad coffee. For one it took forever to get my coffee, there was no line too! I did not have anywhere to go so I just waited. As for the quality of the drink... it was horrible. I cannot even finish it. I got an iced sugar cookie almond latte, and it tastes like they forgot to make it with blonde espresso. It also tastes like a normal latte with no flavored syrup. In all, unsatisfied.
