We were staying next-door at the Empire Hotel for the World Series. I Had great service at the Starbucks. Employees greeted me when I walked in the door both days. Jennifer took my order both days. She was kind, upbeat, a fast worker and just had a fun energy about her! The entire staff just had a great positive energy !!

It's generally not the same as it was 6 years ago. But unfortunately my name was completely wrong here, the drink was prepared cold instead of hot (then changed) and the staff wasn't all that friendly. And the music is way too loud. Why you warm the croissant is a mystery to me. But the spiced latte is worth drinking!

Shout out to ⭐️MATT⭐️ at this Lincoln Center location! ! Not only did he make me the most delicious coffee, which is a slightly particular order since I’m likely not considered a true coffee drinker, he also was extremely attentive, friendly and fast! Sitting down I saw him keeping up the friendly and efficient attitude = 5 stars. The four stars is only because the music is very high volume! I’ll stoop be coming back

They do not have much patience when serving, if you go with a 100 dollar bill they will not sell you, if you are lucky they will give it to you as they do not have patience
For straight coffee Starbucks is not your go to, but for any coffee inspired drink it is simply the best. Their juices and teas are good too. There is great customization and the service is quick. The app is great and I love my rewards.

I regret having left a tip, unfortunately they charge it at the checkout. The employee who prepares the coffee looks at you and does not answer you, he is rude. You ask for 3 things and they give you 2... unfortunate. The worst Starbucks I ever went to...

Went here specifically to get the new rainbow straw was told I couldn’t order it unless I got an iced drink so I tried their new dragon fruit mango lemonade when I received the drink I did not get the rainbow straw and they said that I had to order on the mobile app, even though the cashier told me I would get the rainbow straw if I ordered an iced drinkI would not have ordered anything if I had known I wasn’t gonna get the straw. I went there specifically for the new rainbow so if you’re looking to buy the new rainbow straw, you must do it on your mobile app and you still might not get it because they just have poor service at this Starbucks.
