I made a mistake with my order, choosing 59th and Columbus instead of 59th and 9th. When I got to 59th and 9th, I explained the situation and asked if they could help—cancel, move the order, anything—just so I could get my coffee. They told me to contact customer service. After all this, I lost 40 minutes and still didn’t get my coffee. Thank you, Starbucks! I admit it was my mistake, but I don’t think I’ll risk ordering from Starbucks again to avoid wasting my time

Ordered a custom iced coffee online, pickup was super quick and the barista that handed off my drink was super friendly. They made my iced coffee very good, and that rarely ever happened. This is the first time I’ve ever finished an iced coffee.

They removed all their seating with the remodel. It’s grab and go only now. Just support a local business that has seating instead.
