Really enjoyed my experience at this Starbucks. Ran in to grab a quick drink and dodge the rain. Sho was incredible; friendly, polite and attentive. She really made sure I got exactly what I needed. I can’t say the same about other locations I’ve visited but I’ll be coming back to this one.

I love the Starbucks on 59th and Columbus (onto 9 th Avenue). It has to be one of my favourite Starbucks in New York city because it's small, personal and cosy and the staff are often very pleasant.
It's a great Midtown place to get some work done while people watching. Plus the store is always drenched in afternoon sunlight and warm sunshine, which I love. It’s not to busy and wait times are never long at all.
Their iced latte is lovely with a dollop of whipped cream and I recommend getting the vanilla syrup sweetener which makes it just the way my family made it for me in days gone by - minus the ice and in the fridge.

I’m not exactly sure what Brandon‘s problem is But his customer service is absolutely poor. He’s always on his phone, he looks at me as if I disgust him I don’t know him from a can of paint. My drink is always wrong and when I express in a very respectful way I receive a very bad attitude in response. That is when he finds to the time to stop flirting with his girlfriend. PDA at work? I get it but save it for your break especially when you have people waiting for their food. I added a photo of the people I’m speaking about. Message receive I won’t be back.

Waited 10 min for egg bites
As someone who always comes here, my drinks are perfectly made every time, and the staff are amazing. The only thing I wish could happen is to add more tables and chairs inside the cafe.

The space here is much smaller, unlike the photos in the past. Only 3 small tables and the floor isn’t very clean. Coffee was great but if you’re looking to work here the space is much smaller than before.

The best Starbucks in the city! Super friendly staff who are always willing to accomodate any customisation of my favourite beverage. Love the cran merry orange refresher - especially with extra dried cranberries - a real winner. These guys make a super refresher! Love going here every day … the staff put a smile on my face every visit!

Man, I always received personalized and warm reception at SB, but this dude at 8 am made me want to go back to bed and never come out. He was happy because he was singing with the music, but personal skills, below zero.

got my order wrong 3 TIMES. I just gave up and took the messed up drink. This is the third time this has happened to me at this location.
I made a mistake with my order, choosing 59th and Columbus instead of 59th and 9th. When I got to 59th and 9th, I explained the situation and asked if they could help—cancel, move the order, anything—just so I could get my coffee. They told me to contact customer service. After all this, I lost 40 minutes and still didn’t get my coffee. Thank you, Starbucks! I admit it was my mistake, but I don’t think I’ll risk ordering from Starbucks again to avoid wasting my time
