Barista Tee or something like that name has the absolute worse attitude and zero customer service skills. Such individuals should have work in hospitality and f&b industry. My order was not up
To what I had previously experienced as a standard. It’s not about my expectations not met, it’s about HOW she went about. Completely ignored my concern at first then went to adjust as requested giving me a “warning” of next time not accommodating. So naive..she thought I would ever allow her to make my coffee again…there are plenty of Starbucks stores around. I think walking a block extra and not having to see her miserable face is twice beneficial!

Ordered an iced coffee, it came through white so I asked to darken it with more coffee. They added extra syrup and now I have a Carmel colored sugary mess. Unfortunately it’s undrinkable. Gotta find a decent coffee store close by.

Was just there with my mother and some of the staff were friendly but one staff member was extremely rude to my mother. My mom has asthma and the lady yelled at her when she coughed. The drink was good and the people handling the drink were just fine but it’s unacceptable that my mother was belittled. Very disappointing.

Got my order wrong. Then they were pissed off that I asked them to fix it. I think I’m done with Starbucks. It’s no better than Dunkin’ at this point. At least Dunkin’ gets my order right

I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this Starbucks location. Despite placing my coffee orders 10 minutes in advance, my drinks are rarely ready upon arrival. While I understand that busy moments happen, it’s frustrating to see baristas standing around chatting while customers wait for their orders.
Additionally, the staff often fails to follow order instructions. For instance, I frequently request no whipped cream, yet it’s added anyway and then removed with a spoon when I point out the mistake—something that could pose a risk for those with allergies. Drinks are often prepared carelessly, resulting in a sloppy presentation that doesn’t justify the cost.
The overall cleanliness and organization of the store are lacking, which only adds to the poor customer experience. Staff members appear unprofessional and indifferent, giving the impression that serving customers is a chore rather than a priority.
Unfortunately, this location falls short of the standards I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.
Thank you for your patience. We brought in student who live in a tiny town in Oregon. We were tired, a bit overwhelmed, and in need of caffeine. Thanks for serving us.

Worst starbucks ever .. very unprofessional and rude . I had ordered a strawberry açaí WITHOUT strawberries and the lady who made it i guess didn’t read that I didn’t want strawberries so when I told her to remake she huffed and puffed and redid my drink in the laziest way possible . she took another cup and dumped it in there .. the seeds and pulp of strawberries was still in my drink so i asked her to make it again and she got even more upset . I’m pretty sure she was the manager as well .. I asked for a refund and she didn’t even refund me the WHOLE amount that I paid . Never going there again . They need to fire that lady with her nasty attitude especially if she’s manager .

The person that helped me was not welcoming at all. She asked me about a drink. She asked if I wanted lemonade with it, or water. I asked, which one is better. She then tells me I don't know nonchalantly, as if she didn't care! I didn't like that! You work in Starbucks! I'm asking you a question about the product on which one is better, and you tell me with a stupid look, that you don't know!? 🤨 How do you work in a coffee shop, and don't even have a recommendation on what is what, or what is better! 🤨 🙎🏽♂️
