I drink a lot of Starbucks and was happy to get a weekend treat with my girlfriend. The individual taking our order (name tag said Pedro) had been rude to the people in front of us but I wasn’t involved (I used to work in service and know people sometimes earn it haha) so wasn’t sure who was rude to who and why. On our turn at the counter my girlfriend politely orders a frap. Pedro rudely says “but it’s cold outside. Bro whatever” . He seemed pissed- this wasn’t a friendly banter comment. A) neither of us are bros. So much for the rainbows hanging up everywhere. B) we were not annoying tourists or hard to deal with- what possible reason do you have for being rude??! There is no excuse for that.
We asked for a manager but the only person there was a shift supervisor. He was nice but dismissive and said he’d talk to him. by the looks of things there was going to be zero accountability so I’ll be seeking out my delicious drinks elsewhere in the future. No one should be allowed to be rude without cause. I get it’s a stressful job- but you can’t just take out your stress on someone for “daring” to order a cold drink when it’s cold.
If you see Pedro at the counter brace yourself.

Register person look like she don’t want to bothered or spoken to ! I said hello she didn’t greet me back. Took my order careless, no energy just DRY ! Get her off the register if her energy is going to be like that . Didn’t even want my feta wrap anymore !
Poor service they mess up my order for no reason I ask for less ice they didn’t do I gave them the sticker that on how I want it n couldn’t do that right smh
Good Starbucks but super crowded and short staffed.
I went into this exact location the other day, and had the most amazing barista with one of the best personalities I have ever came across in my entire life. Their name was Vic.k!!! It was literally probably five minutes to closing and I had no idea because I usually will just turn around and leave but when I asked, I didn’t get that nasty attitude or we close in five minutes response I got “Sure ma’am come on over. What can I get for you?? Vick had such energy, personality, charisma, and just an overall amazing spirit about them. Now let me get to the drink part I drive from the Bronx. I’ve gone to this location multiple times. The only thing I hate is that parking is almost impossible, but when I tell you that my strawberry Frappuccino was absolutely beyond spot on to die, for it reminded me why I don’t give a shizz And will drive around the block multiple times to find parking because it was absolutely beyond perfected and if you’re a coffee drinker or a Specific beverage drinker you already know what I’m talking about. Nothing more disappointing than somebody giving you some iced milk water down in a Clear cup 😂 I decided to order two cake pops the polar bear one and the regular birthday cake pop I decided to also get the crumb cake which is out of this world and I was trying to get the new sugar plum danish which my barista Vick told me was absolutely amazing, but of course it was completely sold out… I heard that Starbucks doesn’t last of their employees when it comes to education if they go to school, I hope they also recognize the employees that are there hands-on dealing with one of the craziest neighborhoods in New York City to begin with even though it’s been gentrified🤣 you still got your stragglers you still got your beggars and you still got employees like Vic, who I saw the personality shine through not just to me, but it’s two other customers as well. The store was really clean and again reminds me all the more of while, I’ll be driving over there again Tomorrow.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit to the Harlem Starbucks at 125th and Lenox in Manhattan. While the drink was prepared correctly and the barista was friendly and helpful with a pleasant smile, the cashier exhibited poor customer service. She was unfriendly, refused to smile, and made me feel unwelcome, as if I was imposing on her. This behavior was inconsistent with my previous experiences at Starbucks. When I forgot to order a pastry after scanning my app, the cashier sucked her teeth, and when I chose not to order it, she repeated the action and said 'NEXT' in a condescending manner. I found this behavior to be unacceptable. In contrast, her interactions with a colleague were friendly and cordial, which underscored her apparent reluctance to engage with customers. It is clear that she is not well-suited for a customer-facing role. I will not be visiting this location again.

Today, they were slammed! However, everyone in there was working their butts off. I was in a hurry and they took care of me with calm and ease. I deeply appreciate the team and their effort. Also the latte was one of the better ones I’ve had in a minute. This stop is definitely more than just picking up coffee but also a community
