Worst service. Unfortunately the only Starbucks around. They always forget my drink. I have to remind them 80% of the time I’m waiting on a drink and I always wait until the queue says my drink is ready before telling them I’m waiting and usually I see my cup with my name on it just sitting while they just talk nonsense with each other. It’s one thing if they’re busy and eventually get to it but sometimes they just don’t give a damn.

A few days ago, I ordered an Iced Lavender Matcha Latte. They gave me a hot matcha, no sugar, and no lavender. Okay, no problem. Today I'm ordering an Iced Sugar-Free Vanilla Protein Matcha. And guess what? THIS IS NOT MATCHA OR SUGAR-FREE. Do they always do whatever they want? 😒

this location in the morning it’s chaos which it’s understanding but how and why would they put someone new in the middle of the morning chaos, I ordered a doppio w splash of soy milk, literally saw the guy put the doppio and pour the milk without warming it up like who does that, ain’t the type to do this but starbucks isn’t cheap for my coffee to be cold when i ordered it hot, would never go in the morning again afternoon crew are so much nicer and so much better, shift supervisor in the morning clearly don’t know how to run a smooth shift.

This is the very last time I’m ordering from this location or from Uber eats. Last month I ordered a green tea and received a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Even though I contacted uber eats and shared photos and details of the incident, they refused to refund me, citing that they couldn’t refund with no reason. There was literally someone else’s name on the package. Today I ordered a lavender oat latte and there is no coffee in the drink. Literally just hot oatmilk. The store will not answer the phone and Uber eats refused to do a refund. Uber Eats is a criminal enterprise. They will just take your money and say, sorry about YOUR problem. Don’t patronize businesses that care about you or your hard earned money. And don’t spend at restaurants that don’t pay attention to the orders. You literally just have to read the ticket! This is the very last time for me.

This is the second time I order an iced matcha latte and it was nasty. Tastes bitter and only tastes like the matcha powder, and yes, I add syrups, two types actually, with oat milk and vanilla cold foam! It shouldn’t even be this dark! This is truly disappointing and a waste of money!!

Reason for Return- horrible customer service.

Dear Starbucks Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an unfortunate experience I had at your location listed above. I am a customer who supports all of your merchandise by purchasing 3 to 4 times a week.

Today i had a doctors appt for an iron infusion and decided to walk into this location. After ordering my beverage, I remembered I did not state I wanted oat milk and politely asked for a correction. The employee told the manager that the drink had already been prepared and that she would not be making any changes. I was not provided with any explanation, nor was I informed that I would need to wait. I stood quietly and patiently for approximately 15 minutes, but no one followed up with me or attempted to resolve the issue. Eventually, I requested a refund, as nothing had been done.

Manager then proceeded to tell cashier that to process refund she would need her permission- i stated to the manager to please provide me my refund as she was aware and placed ill intentions on the wait with her employee.

( i was placed to think about many other incidents we have seen go viral with customers behaving ridiculously . I believe its due to the customer service they receive) We are living in a world where mental health is a major.

What added to the discomfort was the behavior of both the employee and the manager. During the time I waited, they were laughing and appeared to be deliberately ignoring me. Their actions made me feel disrespected and unwelcome.

While I cannot confirm the motives behind how I was treated, the contrast in behavior left me feeling isolated and uncomfortable — something I have not experienced at other Starbucks locations.

I have always appreciated Starbucks as a welcoming space, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

Grocery Takeout

I went to Starbucks on March 18, 2025, at 6:09 AM (Register 2) and ordered a turkey bacon sandwich and a cappuccino. The sandwich was sloppy and poorly made, and the cappuccino was terrible mostly foam with no coffee taste at all. No one asked how I wanted it, and the girl at the counter had an a little attitude like they didn’t care. Honestly, I felt like I got robbed paying for this. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I had to speak up. Starbucks needs to do better or just get robots to handle the service and drinks.

I order a grande iced lavender cream oatmilk matcha. The cashier offered the person before me a free grande coffee. I guess this Starbucks was giving it out for free. While I was ordering my drink the manager walked over and told the cashier no more grande’s. I guess assuming I was going to get the offer. That was so rude to say that in front of me. I never ask for anything free unless I have points for it.
