The lady who works there clearly hates her job. She made the wrong drink, and we mentioned that it needed to be cold. We said it was okay but her attitude was still nasty, throwing whatever was in her hand. That was our usual place to buy our coffee daily. I will never step in there again nor my family.

I’ve been in NYC for over 10 years and by far this is the best customer service. I’m a new mom, and I’ve had challenges in a select Starbucks locations where I was not given permission to use the bathroom while pregnant. At this starbucks, I felt like I was at a friend’s home. I asked the barista working if there was a diaper changing table I could use, and they went above and beyond to also bring me paper towels and additional things to help me change my baby. I’d like to recognize this starbucks for their inclusive customer service approach to mothers and children, and I hope this can be encouraged across all locations. The barista that gave me this impression and experience is named Christian. I look forward to frequently visiting, making this location my regular.

For real? 09/24/2024 I order two medium size Ice Hazelnut Oatmilk espresso this time. Both have 3/4 cup of ice inside the cup. And taste different from before I ordered. Bruh! $16 for two cups of ice.

Like 4 people working there this morning around 6:30 am. There was a line that wasn’t moving. They ignored the lady in line in front of me while they were all hanging out behind the counter not working and ignoring her. They did not assist her for a while. They were standing there not making drinks while practically sitting on the counter. By the time another woman ordered her drink, 1 was at the register doing her job and the 3 others were just standing there talking to each other rather than working. They forgot what she ordered and didn’t make her drink. She spoke up that she was waiting for some time for her order. One of the woman mouthed off and got defensive when the woman mentioned the time she was waiting. Her and the other two girls started laughing at the customer, except the one at the register stayed out of it. Incidents of bad service like that when that many were working and ignoring customers, not serving them, to them getting defensive the moment a customer speaks up. Not a good look.

This place is always ridiculously slow!!! Only one person makes all the crazy drinks and the person is not very skilled, takes forever. I paid and gave up on my drink and left after waiting 12 mins for a simple iced coffee. Never going back.
