Although this is one of the “better looking” and more “atmospheric” Starbucks locations, I can honestly say I have never (like truly not once) gotten a correctly made drink here. I’m really unsure why that happens, but it constantly happens, and sometimes it’s as bad as espresso in what should be a entirely coffee free beverage. I typically only come to this location when in a rush which makes the whole situation worse. After years of this experience I’m finally writing a review about it.

The lady who works there clearly hates her job. She made the wrong drink, and we mentioned that it needed to be cold. We said it was okay but her attitude was still nasty, throwing whatever was in her hand. That was our usual place to buy our coffee daily. I will never step in there again nor my family.

I’ve been in NYC for over 10 years and by far this is the best customer service. I’m a new mom, and I’ve had challenges in a select Starbucks locations where I was not given permission to use the bathroom while pregnant. At this starbucks, I felt like I was at a friend’s home. I asked the barista working if there was a diaper changing table I could use, and they went above and beyond to also bring me paper towels and additional things to help me change my baby. I’d like to recognize this starbucks for their inclusive customer service approach to mothers and children, and I hope this can be encouraged across all locations. The barista that gave me this impression and experience is named Christian. I look forward to frequently visiting, making this location my regular.
