I’ve been a regular here for 10+ years, but quality has seriously declined. My Nitro Cold Brew came out full of milk, not coffee. Replacement Cold Brew was burnt and bitter. Staff was inattentive, posters were crooked, and food was handled carelessly. It’s sad that I now drive to Long Island City just to get a decent Starbucks experience. Please fix this.

Called in for lunch on a trip to the island while on holiday. It was hot day so disappointed we couldn’t get a table inside - they all seemed to be taken by people working on their laptops. But we managed to get an outdoor table with an umbrella. Male server was indifferent at best and borderline rude. Then you get forced to choose a tip option or manually enter no tip. Being British we aren’t used to it in a coffee shop.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff here are always competent, always in a good mood, and they always make great drinks. I really love this place. It’s wonderful that this is the only coffee shop on our island and at the same time the very best. Many thanks to the Starbucks team!

Everything about this Starbucks is good. The staff, the coffee, the food.
The BIGGEST downside is there are a lot of homeless and weirdos who show up in the back in the indoor seating area where people usually place their laptops.
If your looking for a place to plop your laptop down. Avoid it. But if your here just for coffee and you want to sit outside, it's a great spot.

I always enjoy getting coffee from Starbucks, but this visit to the Roosevelt Island location was truly exceptional. After a lovely outing with my mom, an unexpected situation occurred where a man began acting aggressively and even pushed me without warning. The staff immediately stepped in to protect me, calmly handled the situation, and asked the man to leave. Throughout the EXPERIENCE, they MADE DURE I FELT SAFE AND SUPPORTED. Their kindness and professionalism made it clear that Starbucks is a place where respect and safety come first. Thank you so much to the amazing team!
Went there to get a Frappecino but the Barista named Phichi didn't put any sugar in my drink. When I went there to ask about that the Barista behaved so rude and made me wait so long to fix my drink. So disappointed. Not Expected.

2nd time my pick up order is given to a random person, very disappointed the way they check for online pick up orders which is the main problem they don’t bother to check !!!!!!!
