Just wanted to give a big shout out to Richie at this location. My friend and I showed up to the store maybe a hour or so before closing and I really was craving a brownie. They didn’t have anymore for the day but Richie went to the back and grabbed me one for tomorrow’s inventory. And also threw in a freebie !! Ahhh love it ! I had a very long day and he definitely made me feel better! Great customer service ! Never let him go! lol

This Starbucks really needs to get its stuff together, cuz Idk whats going on, but they take exponentially longer than ANY other Starbucks I been to even in bustling areas of Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn respectively. They regularly keep me waiting 10+ minutes for basic drink orders, and in a recent one, 15 mins for a breakfast sandwich that wasn't even available. I had to wait another 7 minutes at least for them to heat up an alternative sandwich. The only reason I don't give this location two stars is because that replacement sandwich was good, the rest of the times I've had drinks or food here has been fine taste wise........but waiting for said food even a while after I place my order on the app, which is supposed to be faster, takes way too long and is silly compared to most other Starbucks cafes. They are somewhat friendly here on Roosevelt, although comparatively the Baristas on the Upper east side Starbucks' on 80th and 2nd and 80th and York clearly enjoy their jobs a little more. Those guys at both locations, are always on point.

Coffee, 1 Splenda half and Half. Partner got a Capp caramel. Both medium. My partner threw his drink in the bushes outside the front door. Too sweet and too much milk or cream. My coffee was definitly sub par... for 11am brew it shouldnt taste old or too dark. The splenda couldnt pickup the flavor from how they made the cup. Threw out.
Rosevelt Island needs a DunkinDohnuts or a 7-11 near the Train station or Ferry desperately.

This is not over I will try my best until I receive an apology and my money back. Third time I’m here for costumized drink and everything changed. The first two times there’s always a lady like an angel smiling at me and prepared me my beautiful drinks around 6 dollars. Today firstly everyone was so cold but I understand cuz they work a lot and got heavy workload. But then they raised my drink’s price and later I argued they said this should be the original price but they don’t know my friend got it in 4 dollars in NYC in another Starbucks LOL. I understand 6-7 is normal bcuz I could clearly saw before how the lady added price. But this time LOL. And later they gave me a tiny bottle like 1/2 of the normal box. After I argued they gave me ok right size but no taste of matcha and milk AT ALL only sugar and the strawberry purée was so thick. PlUS AT LEAST HALF BOTTLE IS ICE LOL. Before today this is my dream Starbucks but now just LOL. (p1 and p3 is before. p2 is today you can clearly see there’s almost no matcha lol) so mean to an Asian girl SHAME ON YOU RACISTS 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been. The cashier has very bad attitude and if you don’t like the job you can quit anytime. Nobody is forcing you to work there. Furthermore the order is missing peach juice which we told him many times.
