Staff and location are great. I did get annoyed when eggs & cheddar pack had apples not fully pitted and eggs were frozen- there was ice inside the egg too. Really just wanted a plain meal but couldn't eat it.

I love this Starbucks !!! The barista is so friendly always has a smile on her face and I love how she puts these beautiful stickers on your drink that makes u smile. I ordered mobile and when I got there my drink was ready I didn’t have to wait. I love my morning runs to Starbucks.

You can always find a place to seat outside. Store very friendly. There were 6ppl working around 11am. No one was about to order and I wait about 3min when the cashier got me. There were about 5ppl waiting for their orders. My order came after 5min. If you're rush, I don't think you should come and order here. I saw ppl got frustrated for their drinks. Outside seating is gorgeous view in Manhattan between the East river. Bathroom is very clean and quiet big.
