This is my go-to location close to home, but some of the people here are just plain rude. Yesterday (8/4 12:15pm) the barista must not have noticed me sitting right there when she called me a “cheap ass” for customizing my drink instead of ordering off the menu, despite the other worker sharing that sometimes it’s cheaper that way and seemingly understanding why customers do that. The other workers have seemed pleasant.

They made me the wrong coffee and gave me a nasty attitude when I asked for the right version. I got the wrong one after waiting for 10 minutes. When I asked for the correct version the blond woman with the nose ring was so irritated And told me to wait. Maybe she should try apologizing for making it wrong. I didn’t go in there to buy Nasty attitude with my hard earned money. I went in there to get coffee without waiting twice that is served without attitude then get to my work.

Did a mobile order and got to the pickup & one of my food bags was sitting there empty. Naturally, I asked the barista who was standing closest and she was extremely rude, simply saying “well, that must mean we don’t have it.” To which I responded, “so what’s the next step…?” Still with a poor attitude, she asked what else did I want or I could get a refund and I had to go to the register. Thankfully, the employees at the register were much more friendly and saved this from a 1-Star review - refunding me quickly and who I assume was the supervisor asking if I still wanted something in replacement anyway.

This Starbucks is usually great! The staff are welcoming and they usually take a short amount of time to bring out your order. Key word is usually: recently some of the staff are very blunt and often rude, non-hospitable. Great place to get homework/work done though!

I was given the wrong order today. They mixed my order up with someone else's.
For ten days in August my family and I had breakfast here. What an enormous fortune to have this place near the hotel. Friendly, smiling service. Wi-fi and sockets for charging mobile phones at each location. Bathroom always available and clean. The double espresso is excellent as the double chocolate brownie. There is truly the spirit of Starbucks here: I read that the founder wanted to create a "third place between home and work". Here you can breathe that air much more than in all the other Starbucks in New York and, in constant search of coffee, I have visited many of them. Compliments. Well done!
