This is my go-to location close to home, but some of the people here are just plain rude. Yesterday (8/4 12:15pm) the barista must not have noticed me sitting right there when she called me a “cheap ass” for customizing my drink instead of ordering off the menu, despite the other worker sharing that sometimes it’s cheaper that way and seemingly understanding why customers do that. The other workers have seemed pleasant.
Used to visit this location since work was nearby and I loved it, staff and everything was a great experience!! Even though I'm not in the area anymore the staff is still great and the drinks can't get any better!! ☕️🍵🍪🍰
Did a mobile order and got to the pickup & one of my food bags was sitting there empty. Naturally, I asked the barista who was standing closest and she was extremely rude, simply saying “well, that must mean we don’t have it.” To which I responded, “so what’s the next step…?” Still with a poor attitude, she asked what else did I want or I could get a refund and I had to go to the register.
