Unorganized, uncoordinated. A girl received my order without soul, just as I feared, my coffee was not made for 20 mins. Barista says maybe someone else took it. 😅

Incredibly rude customer service, I was walking in the heat not feeling well asked for a cup of tap water and the barista refused me water! Said I had to buy something to get tap water ! I have tried to ask again and repeated that I’m just asking for TAP WATER and he had refused. I’m in shock. Disgusting and shame on you !

This employee was very rude on her phone terrible attitude. I left without anything won’t give service to people who treat costumers badly and are on their phone.

Without a doubt I don’t go much to Starbucks not because I cannot afford it. I can buy very far can and first off all the coffee ain’t that great. Now on to the experience. Staff was extremely rude this morning when I went plus when they had to say my name they completely said it wrong. Yet it’s pay then another customer grabbed it and they even didn’t make me another clearly as you the employee and myself as a customer seen it. Yet they said oh you have to ask them back for it. I was like whatever and just walked out. No wonder the senior executive team especially the CEO is trying to shape the culture when you have employees like that.
