I ordered something on the Starbucks app and went to pick it up, but they said it wasn't there. I asked for a refund, and they told me to call customer service, so I called for over a week, but they still didn't give me my money back. I can see why long-time customers don't come back.

A bar tender decided not to attend us today because of being non US latinos. Speaks a lot of who Starbucks is hiring today (zero tolerant staff who discriminate based on the origins).
Really nice and fun staff. Today July19 the staff that took my order told me about the app and its rewards system. Good to see staff look out for their guest. Keep up the great work!

Most part-time workers in this place are not friendly, but there is a big guy at the cashier who never greets customers and even texts on his cell phone while I am standing right in front of him to order. He also yawns to the other customers. The service is terrible, but sadly this place is the nearest to my home, so I have to see him very often.
