Super friendly neighborhood feeling Starbucks. Staff knows their customers and welcoming to those new! Great wifi too which helped my day immensely while waiting for my pets at animal medical center.

This Morning, @ 9:30am I asked the Cashier for Cream and Sugar on the Side, winds up putting it in my coffee. They need to Pay more attention to Customer's requests, also the rest of the Staff waited till the line was literally by the entrance Door. FINALLY, another worker decided to help and open another register. There is no reason to take over 20 mins to get a Pike Roast in the morning; To the Manager: If you care, you need to make some changes; If the workers don't want to work, maybe it's time to find people that Do. and BTW, please don't make excuses and use "Diversity" as an excuse for bad Customer Service, They Have a New CEO now. Let's see what happens...

I always order my drink and breakfast sandwich from this location every morning. The wait is never more than 5 minutes. They always greet me upon arrival and you can see how hard they work to create a welcoming environment and great experience at this location. I never go to any other starbucks because the baristas here always address me by name and never get my order wrong even when it’s busy. Big shout out to Deon, Andy & Emy who always make my experience a great one!

Being a tourist in America, Very bad customer service than other states and felt like a Racism and they didn’t ask our name too when they did ask for other people and had this bad experience only in this Starbucks. The guy named Andy was rude too when he had to just repeat once when we didn’t understand rolling eyes rude tone.Just felt bad, had many heartwarming experiences here in America too from people but just experiencing this visibly different behavior makes me sad. I don’t really give bad reviews but this time it just crossed the limit.
