I have to shout out these workers for always moving with grace especially with the tween crowd as it gets insane where it sounds and gets crowded like a lunchroom. They always are kind. The only issue I have is majority of time the app says my order is ready and it’s not

Just witnessed the manager kick out an elderly handicapped lady because she wasn’t buying anything and was sitting peacefully reading and sheltering from the rain. The cafe is empty and it’s raining outside! Have some human dignity please. Really distasteful.

The attention was terrible. We ordered just like we have at every other Starbucks in New York: four iced café lattes. But when my father ordered, they looked at him like he was crazy, even though he said it clearly. The staff were rude the whole time, and the drinks were basically just milk with a tiny bit of coffee. As you can see in the pictures, they look more like milk than lattes. We asked if they contained coffee, and they replied very rudely that they did. We’ve been to around 16 Starbucks during this trip, and we’ve never received a latte with so little coffee or such bad service. Also, they didn’t give us a receipt even though we explicitly asked for it. And to the girl and the guy who looked at my father with disdain, he finally gathered the courage to order for the first time, even though he was afraid of making a mistake because he doesn’t speak the language well. I genuinely hope you learn to treat people with more kindness
