MLK Day! Starbucks is open. Yay! To the young lady making the drinks singlehandedly and making sure everyone got their drink right away: Kudos to you!!!! You clearly have strong work ethics! I commend you. No doubt you will go far. To the big guy working the register and supposedly making the food items, perhaps this is not the job for you. You seem more interested in texting than doing your job. Everything seem like a struggle for you as you took time for the most minimal of things, disappearing into the back room every chance you could. It didn't matter that people waited at the register or for their food purchase. Their time was of no concern to you. In a time when people are struggling everywhere and some are out of work, perhaps you sure take measures to secure your employment.

I don't think they clean the espresso machine I know coffee I was a Barista for years for Starbucks I left in 2018 we always cleaned our machines you can tell by how the drinks and espresso taste the machines are not being cleaned and unfortunately will not be ordering ,issues with other locations when you select coconut milk sometimes they don't use it I don't need a automated response either I always made drinks clean and shaken and followed guide lines you guys need to check all stores are doing the same
We came here for a late breakfast! The service was great and the food was delicious! These two characterize the majority of their coffee chains! Service was quick and we were lucky to find a table since it was full! Their staff is professional and friendly!

Came in to pick up a mobile order for a latte and a plain bagel since 96th and Madison were out of it. To my surprise when I got to my office the bagel was burnt and so had to bite into and chew that I had to toss it out. I wasted $5 on a bagel that I couldn’t even eat. I wish there was an option for a lightly toasted bagel on the app. Warming a bagel shouldn’t be tough to bite into or chew and I won’t be coming back here for another purchase.

This is the worst Starbucks I ever been to I ordered a lotte and it was just hot water with milk. I've been to many, many Starbucks all over the world and never experience anything like this.
