I don't think they clean the espresso machine I know coffee I was a Barista for years for Starbucks I left in 2018 we always cleaned our machines you can tell by how the drinks and espresso taste the machines are not being cleaned and unfortunately will not be ordering ,issues with other locations when you select coconut milk sometimes they don't use it I don't need a automated response either I always made drinks clean and shaken and followed guide lines you guys need to check all stores are doing the same

We came here for a late breakfast! The service was great and the food was delicious! These two characterize the majority of their coffee chains! Service was quick and we were lucky to find a table since it was full! Their staff is professional and friendly!

Came in to pick up a mobile order for a latte and a plain bagel since 96th and Madison were out of it. To my surprise when I got to my office the bagel was burnt and so had to bite into and chew that I had to toss it out. I wasted $5 on a bagel that I couldn’t even eat. I wish there was an option for a lightly toasted bagel on the app. Warming a bagel shouldn’t be tough to bite into or chew and I won’t be coming back here for another purchase.

One of my personal favorite Starbucks! Staff are helpful and always lively and energetic. The atmosphere is great, it’s not too loud, and there are quite a few seating options available. I do suggest ordering on the app instead of in person, just for the sake of efficiency. Staff were also very nice and helpful. I ordered a chocolate croissant on the Starbucks app, but they didn’t have it so they insisted on giving me a free donut as well as a four dollar starbucks redeemable card. Great place overall!

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. I specifically ordered my drink with premium non-dairy milk, which I paid extra for, but they used regular milk instead. As the barista passed me my drink, I noticed a canister of whole milk directly in front of him, so I asked him to confirm the type of milk used. He assured me it was non-dairy, but this was clearly not true. As someone with a severe intolerance, this mistake caused me to become violently ill, leaving me sick and throwing up all night. This demonstrates not only a lack of care but also a serious lapse in accountability. If you choose to visit this location, I strongly recommend watching them carefully as they prepare your drink to ensure they follow your order correctly. I cannot recommend patronizing this location and urge others to be cautious.

Got my order wrong , they wouldn't fix it then I asked for the red cup that they were giving away with handcrafted drinks and told me to go to the register the line was long they kept saying go to the register even though I ordered online . Rude unprofessional dollar store employees. I will never come back an neither will my friends.
