It's a typical Starbucks overall. The service was pretty good, and quick.
I order from this Starbucks almost every day and I always ask for very little sugar in my drink. Unfortunately, most of the time the drink still comes out overly sweet, to the point where I’m constantly coughing while drinking it and can’t enjoy it at all.
I’m genuinely concerned about my health — I don’t want to risk diabetic issues just because my customization isn’t being respected.
On top of that, straws are never placed with the drink, so even when ordering ahead to save time, I still have to wait and ask for one, which often takes several minutes and defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.
I really like Starbucks and come here daily, but consistency, attention to custom orders, and basic details like including a straw would make a huge difference.
I came in because I workout a block away so I stopped by to get a quick bite. I was greeted by friendly staff and had a lovely gentleman with a beautiful smile and braces. I can’t remember his name…not because we didn’t wear his name tag because he did but because I’m just simply bad at remembering names at times but I’ll never forget his face or the extremely personable interaction. I literally came in the very next day to buy something else and I’ve passed by many other Starbucks but I came back to this one because of the staff members friendly personalities. Kudos to that lovely young man and the members working the 66th and 3rd Ave location!!!

I visit this place about twice a week to buy coffee, but every encounter with a cashier named Yana has been extremely disappointing. Yana consistently shows poor manners, speaks rudely, and even points her finger at customers, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Her attitude makes the entire experience unpleasant. Management should seriously address Yana’s behavior, as it does not reflect the standard of service customers deserve.

Stopped in to this Starbucks on my way home from a long walk thru Central Park. It is not a large store and has only limited seating near the front and in the back area. I ordered a decaf Americano and the Service was professional and quick.
Not too busy today so I easily found a chair and small table in the back near a plug so I could recharge my cell. I did not see many plugs in this store.

Amazing Improvements & Outstanding Service!
I’ve been coming to the Starbucks at 66th and 3rd regularly, and I have to say—the changes over the past year have been truly impressive. The store feels more organized, the service is quicker, and the overall atmosphere is so much more welcoming and positive.
A huge shoutout goes to Shift Supervisor Kevin his presence alone has made a noticeable impact. Kevin is incredibly hardworking, professional, and genuinely cares about both his team and the customers. He always greets people with a warm smile, makes sure orders are right, and goes the extra mile to ensure everyone has a great experience. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows every time I stop by.
If you haven’t visited this location in a while, give it another chance you’ll see the difference. Thanks to Kevin and the rest of the team for making it such a pleasant place to start my mornings!
