Sat in the restaurant after purchasing my coffee and was on the phone I saw this lady standing near me pretending to use her phone. She asked to put headphones on or leave im guessing she was someone who works there which is awfully rude . Not the first time the staff was rude to me here will definitely not be returning. Starbucks is coffee shop I’m confused how it would be a problem being on the phone while you enjoy your drink

I’m the first person that walks in at 7am and the rest of the customers were all females before me. Everyone got their sandwichs and drinks before me and for some reason and I don’t understand why. Also, Amanda had a bad attitude with me and she burnt my pesto sandwich, terrible customer service.

I’m an elderly male. I was denied access to the bathroom despite being a customer. I was told it was”out of order” despite others being allowed access. Could it have been because I was wearing a yarmulke???
Just a rude cashier. Not sure he cares ?Drink was fine.

After consuming an iced brown sugar espresso at this location, I initially felt great. However, shortly after drinking it, I began experiencing symptoms of food poisoning while at work. I had to rush to the bathroom, where I vomited and experienced diarrhea. This is definitely not normal, and I intend to file a report
