I can’t even believe I have to write this review. AVOID THIS STARBUCKS AT ALL COSTS!!! I went in for a coffee and watched an innocent young woman get made fun of for her drink order, BY THE BARISTAS!!! Extremely unprofessional behavior, in front of paying customers too!! Really makes you consider who you give business to. Think about this before ordering from here, they might be making fun of your order too!!

Just been for the first time at this Branch and after I walked in and waited for the cashier Jamela to finally become aware of me being there, she gave me a bad look and asked “what do you want?” After I placed my order she kept on being SUPER unfriendly all the way to the end and I saw and heard how bad she treaded other customers too. I am a daily Starbucks Customer throughout the World, but Jamela definitely should not work there or any other Starbucks with that attitude!

I ordered some beverages from this store today and the service was abysmal. I ordered up at the counter and the cashier was totally uninterested in doing her job and obviously wasn't listening to a thing I said. I asked to order one iced drink and the other hot. Both drinks came out iced. I politely asked that they re-make one drink iced, and the worker just went off. She was yelling, complaining, and being completely and utterly rude. I don’t understand how a simple question of “Can you please remake this drink; we ordered it hot.” became such a spectacle with a worker being nasty and rude, audibly complaining and using profanity. All of it was totally unnecessary and inappropriate. I unfortunately did not get her name but I ordered around 3:30 today, Saturday the 16th of November.
