I ordered a coffee on January 22 around 9:00 a.m. My drink was the only one missing, and even after waiting for a while, it never came out. I eventually went back to the counter and showed my order confirmation.
While I was doing this, I clearly heard female staff members say “She is so nasty” within earshot of customers. I found this extremely unprofessional and hurtful.
All I asked was, “When will my coffee be ready?” I did not raise my voice or behave rudely in any way. Meanwhile, the staff continued preparing 6–8 drinks for customers who ordered after me.
A simple apology for the missed order would have been appropriate, but instead I was spoken about disrespectfully. This experience made me very uncomfortable and disappointed.
The coffee was also spilled when it was handed to me.

Came in to use the restroom and the baristas were the most welcoming. As a tourist, this took me by surprise.

I am a regular customer at your store, but the worst thing I experienced today was that after I placed my order, the employee gave me a cold item, even though I had asked for it to be heated. Then, instead of handing it to me, he threw it onto the counter. This is very bad behavior, and I think he needs proper training on customer service.

Truly one of the worst locations I have visited. I come almost everyday as I work in the area and the service here is atrocious. Female manager or lead is incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. I understand being busy but the way I watched my drink today sit in the back as they made other drinks was awful. My food was cold because it took 40 plus minutes from the time I placed my mobile order to finally get my drink. Instead of saying sorry or apologizing for the inconvenience I was met with an attitude after I asked about my beverage being left in the back as other orders were fulfilled. It’s just quite upsetting, knowing this is my regular place of business.

This is a classy Starbucks that fits right into the neighborhood. Great super friendly staff, nice furniture, make it a comfortable spot to hang and have a coffee. Enjoyed a Red-eye... very well made.

Top 10 of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in 20 years of patronage.
4/4 days this week I waited 25 minutes for a mobile order. Tried a 5th time ordering in person and they waited 20 minutes before telling me they were out of the cold brew I purchased.
Go literally anywhere else if you value your time.

I usually love Starbucks, but this was a terrible experience. My drink took too long, and when it was finally made, the barista forgot to make cold foam so she poured some out to add cold foam, while capping my drink, she let it drip on her hands, and then touched the sipping part of the lid to wipe it off with her bare hands. She just told me, “It usually happens.” Then hands me the messy drink. This is very unacceptable, especially for a drink I order regularly. Never had this issue at other locations.
It's great to drink coffee here on a hot summer day!
