I went to Starbucks last night and had without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever had at ANY Starbucks. Being a former shift manager years ago, I know what I experienced is NOT okay. The shift manager on duty, he claimed his name was Javani or Jovani (he wasn't wearing his name tag) was so rude and ghetto, completely unprofessional. He definitely has NO BUSINESS being in any type of a managerial position. I am never coming back to this location. I hope it closes down. Starbucks is in trouble if this is who you are hiring to be the face of your stores.

I've been ordering the same iced latte everyday for the past 3 months. I always get it with light ice and almond milk. Today I'm handing a drink that is only 3/4 full and when I ask them to fill it the rest of the way I'm told they're no longer allowed unless I pay for additional milk I've already paid for the almond milk which costs extra plus the additional espresso shot. So after spending almost $10 on a coffee you can't even fill it all the way ?! I will not be returning. Starbucks I'm pretty sure you make enough money to make sure people's drinks are actually full.

Vegetarian options: There are vegan milk substitute products.
Good and decent location. Staff is great. but they close the bathroom ? early and don't announce it. I went to go at 730 and it was closed already. Upside is there is a public plaza next store with a restroom.

people in hurry would know the needs on having a coffee, i don't go often to this place but was treated so rude in a Friday morning... i ordered white mocha americano with oatmilk as clear as day then she punched in regular milk when i said it's with oat milk the cashier said i didn't said anything i told her i did and she insisted that i didn't say anything, it would have veen easy resolved if there's ain't no rudeness on her tone...i watch the barista how she makes my coffee and damn she put water on my coffee!!! now it taste blunt!!! can't taste anything but hot water!other coffee shops saves better than this store! now I'l jump started my morning with a boring coffee that's not even my money's worth!
