I ordered a black coffee from Starbucks, but honestly, it wasn’t a good experience. The taste was way too strong and bitter, and after drinking it, I ended up with a headache that lasted the whole day. Really disappointed — I expected better quality from Starbucks.

I don’t just go to Starbucks for the coffee (even though it’s delicious), but because of the amazing service I always get from the baristas. They truly make a difference. They’re kind, fast, attentive, and always have a great attitude—even on the busiest days.
I’m impressed by how they remember my order, even if I don’t come in every day. That shows they really pay attention to their customers. They always greet me with a smile, and even if there’s a long line, they make it feel worth the wait. They’re also super patient when explaining the menu or helping create a custom drink.
One time, a barista recommended a small change to my usual drink and now I’m obsessed. You can tell they know what they’re doing and care about giving you the best experience.

They were quite slow in making my simple drink order when I was the only one there.
I could order anything on the app, it was ready as soon as I stepped in the Starbucks. The barista team is pretty kind and friendly! Love that place!

Great place until I pad $6.80 for hot milk. I ask for a chai latte it was made cold at first. I kindly ask for a hot and he gave me hot milk. In other words he added hot milk to the previously made cold chai latte. Please do better.

Very cozy place, got my drink quickly and were compliant and relaxed with my illiterate party. No seats, but the Christmas decorations are good.

I'm giving a 1 star today. I ordered a Cafe Mocha. I taste only hot milk, and normally the price is under 6 dollars. Today the price was 7.02, why? Did prices go up? Consistency is important Starbucks!
