The worst Starbucks ever. The service is so slow because the employees are standing around singing and dancing to music and ignoring customers for the drinks to be absolutely disgusting. Every single time I come here I have the worst experience and never satisfied. Staff and quality has gone down tremendously

I did a moble order and then went to go pick it up. I saw the lady making what I ordered so I knew that was my order after she was done she I was walking towards the mobile order area and she said mentioned my name. I responded and she said no it's not yours like she knows me. And I quote hey hey hey its not yours excuse me it's not yours ' I asked her do you know me ? I picked up my order and asked her do you have a problem with me ? How do you know it's not mine order ? She didn't reply and I left.

Absolutely love this Starbucks and all baristas in it from morning to mid to afternoon, you guys are the reason I have a great day every single day. You guys have a lot of Karen’s that complaint about the service but you’ve never truly experienced a Starbucks of your not waiting 5-7 mins for something. My absolute favorite is treasure who’s there most mornings she is a absolute delight. Her dimples and welcoming smile does it for me most days. And when she’s in bar?! FORGET ABOUT IT! THEE BEST HANDS DOWN HATS OFF!

The only reason I order at this location is because it’s across the street from where I work. Every single time I place an order for pickup, it’s wrong and/or either takes too long. I order while I’m still in Brooklyn and when I arrive, my drinks are never ready. This location will make you wait 30 minutes if you order anything that needs to be blended simply because they prioritize the hot drinks so it makes you feel invalidated as a customer. Not to mention, you wait 20 minutes and they still get your order wrong. I requested cinnamon as a topping and they poured it all inside the drink that I can’t enjoy it. I will go out of my way and order from the location on State Street instead of here. At least I feel like my money matters when spending $15/day.

Slowest Starbucks South of the Brooklyn Bridge. Expect long wait times even if ordering from the app, they always miss the estimated wait times.Also, the same drink from other (faster) Starbucks tastes way better.

Hi I never go out of my way to leave bad reviews but I literally walk a few extra block to avoid this location! I walk in and it's like I'm doing the morning staff a disservice for ordering a drink ! The barista at the bar in the morning (African American young lady) always has an attitude! She never makes my drink correctly. I ordered an iced chai and the last thing she put in is the ice which is not to standard I know the difference. The atmosphere is atrocious! I ordered a butter croissant and had to wait a few minutes till the baristas were done talking and there were only two customers myself and another lady . Never felt so judged and like why am I even wasting my money at this place . The definitely need some sensitivity training and learn how treat people who are from different walks of life. TRULY DISAPPOINTED AND RUINED MY DAY. Next time I'll be sure to post my experience to all my social media to show how People are treated by your staff !as you can see they never even asked my name !

Girl with the fake burberry cap apparently cant read because she made my iced matcha with oatmilk as a hot caramel macchiato with regular milk, then an iced caramel macchiato with regular milk, then when I finally repeated my order she made it as an iced matcha with regular milk (still wrong). She also made my white chocolate mocha without any white chocolate mocha. When I realized both drinks were still wrong and went back to have them fixed, she was throwing a fit and talking about me to her other coworkers, then ran in the back to hide. I have worked in the food industry and understand mistakes happen, which is why I was never rude although she couldn’t make my drinks right to save her life. So this wouldn’t have bothered me at all except instead of saying sorry for making everything wrong multiple times, she was rude TO ME and threw a tantrum like a toddler. Thank goodness Veronica was there to kindly remake my drink and apologize on her behalf. I understand people can be karen’s and it’s frustrating, but I literally did not say one thing. I just wanted my correct drinks. And considering my two drinks cost what she makes in one hour, I’m sure she understand why I want to get what I paid for with my hard earned money. ?

A dependable Starbucks with all the drinks you're used to seeing. It's in a part of downtown that has both high-rise offices and residential buildings, so to avoid the crowds during peak periods (weekday mornings) - and to customize your order however you want - you can order ahead of time on the mobile app. Although there is little to no seating on the ground level, there is a compact upstairs loft. There are also plenty of nearby outdoor plazas that you can head off to for some space or (relative) privacy.

Honestly, I tried your new pineapple drink while I went exploring one of the neighborhoods near the area. Come to find out, it was a swinger area and I started getting chased by a family. I ended up making it to the subway and found a rat near my feet. I gave him some drops of the refresher and he instantly died. 6/10
