We just saw a manager show someone where they could sit and plug in their phone to charge. It was cool cause the customer was standing near an outlet charging his phone but there was a hidden outlet under the bench that would allow the customer to sit while the phone was charging. Great customer service!

Won't be able to drink coffee because they did not allowed me to use my own cup. That's is ridiculous. This is 21 century . And I thought that all big companies already welcome eco friendly customers. We have to reduce plastic in our world.?

Horrible service. Order through the app, only to come here after 12 minutes and wait another 27 minutes. Staff is very rude and not helpful, so I gave up and left without getting my order. Sadly, once you order through the app, you can't get your stars or money back.

Despicable service. After waiting for 20 minutes the person behind me gets served first (just because he knew the employee who gave him his order of multiple beverages and serviced only him just to have someone else to step in to service the rest of the line). When I tell the cashier about it she gives me a nasty attitude. Then proceeds to tell me that they they are out of earl gray tea that I was ordering. No apologies for anything. With prices like that and treating your customers in this manner it is extremely upsetting. I thought that 63rd street location was bad but this one is insulting.
