I never knew about this Starbucks location I just saw this evening and came by to buy my snowman cookie; and the service they provided me was so so warm; so kind and I felt I’m at home… Kevin who help me with my order checkout was so so sweet…. He provided me with the most welcoming customer service that I never got anywhere; never at any other Starbucks…. 31st December 2025 over here will be a great time and thing to remember and look back…

The Starbucks is slow and the workers have no urgency. I ordered 3 drinks and I got one right away and then 10 minutes later they had still not started making the other 2. I had to tell the workers that I had not received my other drinks and that’s when they finally realized.
After that when they were making my drinks they informed me that they ran out of iced coffee. I don’t know how you can run out of iced coffee. Very bad experience will not be returning.

I’ve frequented this location regularly due to its proximity to my workplace (located above the store). However, after today’s visit, I won’t be returning.
The barista informed me of a new policy requiring a purchase for water or restroom access. This decision feels particularly ill-timed and inconsiderate with summer approaching—hydration and accessibility should not come at a premium. What’s more, I had already spent nearly $20 on breakfast earlier that same day.
While I chose not to make a scene, the principle stands: charging $3.26 for water is unacceptable. After years as a loyal customer, this is the last transaction Starbucks will see from me.

I am a regular at this Starbucks and Lucille’s top notch customer service is what keeps me coming and I am sure it’s the case for a lot.
As busy as this location gets,she makes it all worth it.
Lucille always goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are happy.
She is certainly the face of this Starbucks in my opinion and deserves lots of accolades.

I work for the MTA and I went inside for a quick coffee and bathroom break. The entire staff made me feel valued as a City Worker and customer. I will always give them my business.
