Very disappointed never got my drink waited for 20 mins then had to leave because was there for a class trip and the lady giving out the drinks was very rude when I asked where my drink was very upsetting contacted customer service and they were of no help people need customer service skills on manner

Ordered at 9 through mobile. Said 11, it said ready at 10. Was told to come back multiple times. They were way overwhelmed. Orders much later mine were all processed. The folks were very direct borderline rude when asking about my order. Said it can take 3 hours. Came back 3 hours later got it made manually and the order was wrong, but I wasn't about to start that. Absolutely a mess. Don't order from here unless you wait in line. If you order when it's not busy it's fine.

At the Javito Center for a conference, I patiently waited in line to receive my order. Unfortunately, I had to pay again due to receiving a subpar cup of coffee. As I admired a cup nearby, my name was called, and I placed the cup next to my belongings to retrieve my order. I was pleasantly surprised to see a friend and greeted her. However, the staff member working there raised his voice, insisting that I needed to pay for the cup I had picked up. Just 2 seconds ago !! And was going to paid when the staff call me to give me my order It was quite an unpleasant interaction.

I went to this Starbucks for the 2024 Comic-Con convention and ordered 3 drinks. Received one, and waited for over 20 mins for the others. When I asked an employee she was extremely RUDE! Condescendingly mentioned the staff has other orders they’re working on, when they’re at your order they’ll bring it. Never even looked at me! When I asked do you have any straws she points and says over there. When I couldn’t find it and said there are no straws she says over there again without making eye contact. So many employees working yet so slow with services perhaps they are overwhelmed. Management needs to step in and run this location better judging by the various other poor reviews I can’t imagine what happens on a regular day here. Worst Starbucks location ever!

I can’t even rate service and atmosphere at this location because it didn’t exist. Drinks wrong multiple days, forgotten food, employees on their phones, snickering and rude behavior. Top tip. Get your coffee before you come to the convention center.
