Today I ordered a small cold brew. So I tried to tell the cashier that I want extra ice to the large cup on the side. When I received the coffee, one of guy just gave me small extra ice cup on the side. I try to explain again. I want large cup for the extra ice. I said that many times. And they totally don’t care about what I need! And one of seems like Africa woman came. She said she is manager. She told me extra ice to the large cup gonna be charge. I said OK. I’m going to pay it! I couldn't understand this. because other Starbucks told me that I’m allow to do this ! Their attitude towards me was very discriminatory from the beginning to order.they totally don’t care about what I need and what I want as I said many times. I was very angry about the service experience. Then this woman who is manager said that I am yelling. I said I’m not yelling. I’m trying to use my normal voice to explain. And what I want. And she try to call a guy to come beside me. I don’t know what going on. I just want extra ice to the large cup! I can pay for extra ice! As she told me she is a manager .! This is very unprofessional solve the problem! As New Yorker This is my first time feel like annoying here!
