Very nice place, my coffee was really good! The workers are very friendly. I came here to work but honestly wasn't able to reach my usual flow state so I did not do much. The view is good though!
Morning staff was friendly and lively, but might've messed up my order. Ordered a Pecan Crunch Oat Latte, but was missing the cold foam and crunch topping when I got it, and the latte was a little lighter than usual. Out of the two other locations nearby, only this one made my Pecan latte differently. Don't know if the cold foam got pre-mixed in (even so, would've left some residue at the top), but I know there is no crunch topping, which is what I paid extra for...
Easily the most efficient and well-run Starbucks in Manhattan. The staff memorizes names and makes it a point to greet you by your name when you walk in. Feels like a local shop experience.
