Starbucks Pickup with Amazon Go

Really impressed with this Starbucks location. The latte was smooth and perfectly balanced—exactly what you’d hope for on a busy Manhattan morning. The space is spotless, with a sleek, modern vibe that makes it feel more like a boutique café than a typical chain. Love the cool integration with Amazon Go for quick grab-and-go options. Great spot to recharge or get a little work done without the usual Midtown chaos.

The interior is nice. But they messed up my order. It’s just expresso shot and creamer i don’t know how anyone can mess it up.

I left home with only cash. I paid $15+ for food and beverage and was refused a seat. Because I didn't have a debit card with me, their barriers wouldn't allow me through and the staff refused to open the barrier to let me pass because I paid cash!

I was shocked with the behavior of a rep called NAT, she was so rude she doesn't know ow how to behave with customers. Another representative name Tyra was excellent she covered it up. She was super polite humble and helpful.

They messed up my order and then I asked them to remake it. The drink they re made for me was very watered down. So I just threw it away. It’s disappointing when you spend your money on something and it’s not up to standards.

Every time I order extra lavender foam for a $10 drink they give me the tiniest amount. Last time I’ll be ordering from this store.

Love the new concept here. Will definitely be using the location a lot more.

It’s Starbucks Of course the food and drinks are as expected. Service laughable (I waited for a muffin for about 15 minutes before they mentioned they were out of them). And snotty “Starbucks Regulars” moms let their small children play in the vestibule doors because that’s normal. Let’s not get into the swiping of a card to get into their seating area..? Find another location likely less than a block away.
