I came here as it was on my way to Bryant Park. I got their fried chicken sandwich and it was reasonably greasy and filling. It was definitely good comfort food. The fries were fairly bland. Food is always fresh and delicious. I ordered online for pickup and it was ready by the time I walked there. Eating lunch in Manhattan is so expensive. Sticky's is an affordable option. Great value. I got 7 poppers with Cajun fries combo with sticky's sauce. It was good. My only wish is that the 1st pack of sauce should be big enough to go with whatever you ordered. You definitely need 2 sauces for this meal. There is a charge for each additional one. I also got the slightly sweet tea. It was perf3ct with my meal. Atmosphere is cute. Fun upbeat music.

The fries in my order were old like they were sitting out all day (also very salty). The chicken was freshly fried (the worker just took the batch out of the deep fryer). Unfortunately, the chicken was slightly undercooked (very soft inside and the outer coating was soggy). Will never eat there again. This is what happens when you hire anybody (based on "hard working stereotypes") and leave them unsupervised to run your business.

I was so excited to go into sticky’s as it’s my favorite restaurant and as my best friend and I walked passed I spoke highly of the food and suggest we go eat here I never been inside and always wanted to try their chicken sandwiches as I don’t eat everything so my best friend and I and another lady all walked in at the same time we was not greeted…with a hello..a welcome nothing the lady who i received the name upon check out was GABBY A who was not welcoming and didn’t have a great welcoming face she looked as if she didn’t want to be there and had attitude …while the lady was done ordering we was waiting in line the entire time waiting to be called next while GABBY A just standing there not saying are you guys ready to order or next we didn’t know to step down because it looked like the lady step off the line to get a drink we notice we was next when the lady never came back we get to make our order I asked serval times for plain just sandwich she still puts everything on and gets my entire order wrong she was not very pleasant and when I asked for a sauce she charged extra which was fine but it was the way she said it she was not very nice and because of her I will not be returning back to this location if the employees are this nasty and rude I don’t want to spend my hard earn working money in a franchise where the employees are disgusting and nasty attitude

Indoor seating was available. For being fried chicken they had a really good selection of food items. If in a rush this is the perfect choice because it's fast, the chickens really good, and the Cajun fries are a good snack on the way to wherever you're going.
Always love this place since it opened left New York a few years ago and came to visit last month they didn’t have my favorite Popper Nachos but A worker named Anthony helped guide me to get something that was as close as possible and it made me feel at home !

Saw a vid on YouTube with this chain and thought I'd try it out. Nice chicken and crispy fries. As ridiculous as this might sound, they need to have wetwipes available and the various sauces adhere to your hands and won't budge with a paper napkin.

Very nice place.Chicken & Fries were sitting under the heat lamp for a long while. Chicken was not crispy and the "stickys sauce" was very bland. Very disappointing. Good prices though.
