I've been coming here for over a decade. Everything is always fantastic, but our server this time seemed to be above and beyond their usual great service. This was the first time ever I think they slightly overcooked a steak (much closer to medium than medium rare), but that bone-in ribeye was still delicious.

Always wonderful service, attentive but not intrusive. I have always thought the steaks are best in the city. I prefer the NY Strip to porterhouse, so that may explain this. And eating in Peter Luger is like being in a VFW hall. Sides and mixed drinks are also superb.

We also have to shout out their one-of-a-kind Old Fashioned cocktail—easily one of the best we've ever had. Perfectly balanced and crafted with care. The ambiance was classy yet warm, and even the little touches stood out. When we complimented the unique glassware, Patrick the manager came over to personally tell us where to purchase it. That level of attention really made an impression. Highly recommend for a special night out or any time you want to treat yourself to top-tier dining and service.

They were great, service was wonderful! They even called to confirm whose birthday we would be celebrating to personalized it for our celebration dinner. It was perfect. From start to finish we enjoyed our meal and the ambience. We haven't been here in a while but they definitely reminded us of what we had been missing! The service was great. The food not so much. I had a medium rare rib eye which was good. My wife had a bland aged rib eye. My daughter had an over cooked filet. The goose fat potatoes had no flavor.. although the music was good. I heard such great reviews from friends. We were very, very disappointed.
