Several times they've served me spoiled or old food. I bought pancakes from them and the batter they used was sour and it wasn't even fully cooked.

Me and my husband go to Strokos as frequently as we can- it is always an exceptional and delicious experience. The deli is clean and a welcoming environment. The staff are always amazing—friendly, accommodating, and professional. The high five breakfast bagel with waffles is our favorite and made so quickly! In NYC, this place is a gem.
The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious, with each option showcasing the quality ingredients. I love the delicious breakfast choices and I am always very satisfied. The service is top notch and all of the workers are so so kind!
I highly recommend Strokos for its quick and outstanding service and fresh, delicious options. I always look forward to going back!

I just ordered a hot medium plate for lunch, my meat was cold. Server did not bother to heat it up the meat. They were rushing and it wasn’t busy at the moment. Gave it a 2 star because I enjoyed the potatoes and green beans.

The food is a 6 on a scale of 1 - 10 , I go there for a fruit drink which is made at their juice bar with a array of fresh fruit . They have a good selection of hot food , plenty of seating and excellent customer service by the staff !

Incredibly rude staff when I asked for one alteration to my lunch as I am allergic to a part of the standard meal. The staff began yelling at me after saying I did not speak about this, even though I politely asked. Proceeded to give me the wrong order and not something I was in the mood for. Incredibly incredibly rude and even after asking nicely to change it and find a solution. The meat tasted OK, but not worth the horrible day afterwards.
The food was great and the service was efficient. While prices may be a tad high, they seem justified given the generous portions. However, the Asian lady in the cashier was disappointing; her rudeness and impatience were notable drawbacks.

Sometimes the food is good but what I hate is that when they make mistakes on orders ..they don’t fully make it right on the behave of a customer and in my opinion they only care about the money not making sure the customer is happy on top of them being expensive …. Not sure if I will be back because I didn’t like how I was treated after the restaurant messed up my order then I had to go out of my way to go back and fix it not to mention they made me pay extra money for it as well and it’s not the first time this happen…
