By 2050, we will have more plastic in the ocean than fish. While I so appreciate that your shop offers real reusable mugs, I was saddened to see how unclear that option is for customers who are enjoying their coffee in-house.
I wonder if there are ways you can better communicate the availability of reusables to folks who are buying coffee to stay here.

I'm a person who only looks for lattes, so I went there because I heard it was a great latte restaurant.
Because the space is limited, we drank in the lobby of the Ace Hotel next door.
Cozy and very dark if the hotel lobby is cozy
