1 waiter served for whole section. It was difficult to find him to give the orders. All the starters and mains came at the same time. Drinks were served 5 minutes later than the food. It was impossible to have a chat after 9pm since the dj starts playing. Super loud, service is meh, food is ok. Drinks were pretty bad. They need better cocktails!

Great atmosphere with a great vibe. Food was good but expensive. I would go back if it wasn't so loud. The music needs to be turned down so you can actually speak to the friends you're having dinner with.

The food was good but nothing special. Pacing was way off. When you serve meze, you can bring us more than one dish at a time. No reason that four meze should take us 90 minutes. The noise level is insane and felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant. I'd pop in for a bite if I were in the neighborhood and had plenty of time.

AWFUL SERVICE!! Not worth the $$. We had a 6pm reservation and were immediately sat down upon arrival - 30 minutes go by and no one has come over to take our order/welcome us. I end up having to flag the waitress serving the table next to us (who was not our server) and she very kindly offered to take our order even though it was not her responsibility to do so. The food came fairly quickly after that, and yet still no sign or introduction from our server - this was very strange to me as at this rate we had been there for almost an hour and there were no niceties whatsoever. We end up wanting to place an order for more food and someone comes over who I assume is our waiter (never tells us, introduces himself, asks how the night is going or apologizes for being MIA.) Once again, the food comes fairly quickly and our table decided to place an order for a second bottle of wine. After this is delivered, our waiter comes over and goes “I don't mean to be an a*hole but we need to give up this table, so I'm bringing the check.” I understand popular places like this are booked up for the evening and that they need to turn over tables for the next reservation. That being said, not only was his abruptness rude after being basically nonexistent all night, we had continued to order more food/wine through the night and were not just occupying a table without paying. The check comes and he immediately closes us out, and we sit for a few more minutes to finish our second bottle of wine. It is at this point when someone else who works there comes over and starts moving our bags over to clear the table (reaching right in front of us, moving my stuff, etc) and shortly after forces us out and says “you guys need to go we need to give up the table.” 0 stars for customer service - everyone was rude and pushy to us the entire night. Food is good but not that good for me to go back. Being kind goes a long way - we would have been understanding to the busyness of the restaurant but alas

Committee is always a spot I take my friends to when they're in town to visit! Love the salmon pita and this time we tried the banana bread toast which was a great sweet treat!

Fortunately we had a mint day to have lunch outside and the food was delicious. A bowl with grilled octopus was excellent and the chicken blt with fries was equally tasty. Recommend for lunch .

2nd visit. We'd been very impressed by the food our 1st trip - for a hip cocktail bar scene, it was quite good. But less so this time - the short ribs were especially disappointing, not at all what we expected. Service still very good but maybe needs to tighten on the menu.

Our friends and I were looking for a place to eat and this was a great choice. The food was delicious. Our server Cesar made great recommendations and was very very friendly and nice.

Had a wonderful brunch here! Highly recommend getting the spanakopita muffin - it was absolutely delicious. We split the omelet and the lamb kofta hash. The omelet was average, nothing too exciting going on there, but the lamb hash was incredible and bursting with flavor. Would definitely get the muffin and the hash again.

We enjoyed our dinner at Committee as much or more than our previous visits. First, our server William G was excellent. He provided on-point advice on cocktails, wine and food and perfectly timed service that matched the leisurely pace we enjoy for a nice meal. Asparagus cigars, mussells, tuna tartare and chicken souvlaki made a perfect meal for two. The baklava sundae sounded and tasted unusual - but oh so good, creamy and subtle with a variety of textures. Our glasses of Cabernet and Assyrtiko were delicious and we even tried the retsina - very nice. We cannot

The food was good but it took over an hour to get. Some things came quick, some came AFTER our check. If you're gonna go, I'd say go earlier in the evening. Turns into nightclub past 8pm

Food -- super average for the price. we tried 3-4 items in veg, sea food & meat. Nothing really popped for the price compared to so many other options in Boston. Ambience -- this isn't a slight at the restaurant...but we were a family of 5 with kids, adults and seniors. This place is clearly geared for less family, more singles/couples/friends type set-up. Service -- cold, impersonal, slow, transactional and pretty useless. What's worse, according to Committee groups of 5 (with a small kid) == "large party". So they default the 18% tip. If there is a clear indicator of entitlement to get high tip with low service, the best way to show that is to set 5 == large group. One of the hostess and the lady that was assigned to replenish water and clear the table were the only ones that actually cared to assist. The rest of the staff, including our waiter could not not have cared to offer service -- no contact, no intent to listen, had to waved at multiple times. All in all, not a good place for family. Won't be coming here again!

Fantastic first time experience. The staff was so professional and the service was out of this world. Great recommendations, timing, and style. Very accommodating to any requests. The food was absolutely delicious, we can not wait to return.
