First the Sandwhich guy (think he is Spanish) is 30 minutes late for an order I made ahead. And I showed him my order and he asked me for my ID, which was bizarre but okay I let that slide.. then one of the sandwhich in my order was a cold cut combo and all he added was boloney I told him it also came with salami and Ham yet he argued with me that it didn’t come with that even though I showed him my mobile order he refused to correct my order, and then he forgot to give me my churro the third order on my order yet he did not give me that either as he preferred to just argue with me instead. Unsatisfied and I will not be returning. Someone that lack so much customer service and good attitude should not have a job with people. I can’t eat this sandwhich now and he wouldn’t refund me. Horrible experience.

Pretty good sandwich I got to customize in store. The guy that did my sandwich was extremely nonchalant, and provided poor customer service. He didn’t ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted or not, just looked at me to say everything. I haven’t gotten subway in years now so I’m rusty. Only after he added the meat and cheese, I realized I didn’t have my bread toasted. Also the lettuce wasn’t fresh, it was scrunched up, turning colors a little. So just watch out for that. Other than that, really tasty sandwich.2 guys working here provide poor customer service: dark skinned with facial hair and the guy with the glasses attached in picsPS the fountain soda lacks in gas, lemonade is watered down

Had a pick up order. Arrived 10 minutes after the expected pick up time and they haven’t even started the order. Had to ask about my order twice and while I waited, over 10 walk in customers were helped before they even started my order.
